I bought this truck (my second Haiboxing vehicle) for my wife so she could run with my son and I. Was super impressed with the build quality and handling. It has all steel diffs and drive shafts and has survived many crashes and abuse without breaking a single part. I was also surprised with how quick it is for a brushed system and attribute that to it being so lightweight. It has a long run time, especially for how small the battery is, and it came with two batteries for double the driving time. I checked the Haiboxing website and every single part is available at very affordable prices if we do break something which is very important for less well known brands like this. The last thing you want is to break something simple and not be able to get a replacement rendering the whole thing useless. Not only were all the parts available for spares but quite a few upgrade parts were also listed so the car’s abilities can be increased as my wife’s experience grows. All in all, I’m very happy with the truck and the support for it. I’m thinking of buying another one for my daughter but since it only comes in one color I think we are going to get another Haiboxing model so they can tell them apart while running together. Based on my experience with the two Haiboxing cars we have, I’m confident whichever model she picks will be a great hobby grade car at a fantastic price. A+.

Bought for the kid for Christmas. She loves it! We take our trucks on walks to the neighborhood field and have a lot of fun. Seems to be built pretty tough. It's easy to drive/maneuver. It's relatively quick for a 2s battery. It's almost identical to one of my first trucks that took a huge beating and lasted 3 years. Hopefully this one will last as long. Battery life is good especially if charged with a balancing rc charger. If your looking for a good rc truck for a good price, this is the one.

If you're ready for something faster and more reliable than a "toy" you might find at Walmart or Amazon, but don't want to spend $200 at the hobby shop, this car is the perfect fit. I got my kids RC cars when they were younger and they really liked them but they were cheap toys and once they broke we couldn't repair them or find parts. We were ready for something of "hobby" grade, but that can get really expensive pretty quick. This car from HaiBoxing has the durability, performance, and parts availability of a true "hobby" grade car without the huge cost. A couple highlights: -Fast - Great acceleration, and decent top speed. -Great handling - a smaller car like this can be hard to drive straight but this tracks really nicely, quite a surprise. -Fun - Racing, doughnuts, drifting, jumps, no problem! -Great quality build - though this is very affordable, it has a lot of the higher end things you'd want in an RC like 4 wheel drive and metal drive train including metal dogbones. Those are often plastic on this size and price of car. -Durable - It seems well-made and we've flipped it and crashed it with no problems so far. Because it's so light, even if it crashes at full speed, there just isn't a lot of forces or inertia to cause damage. -Great battery life - The 850 mAh battery lasts for probably 20 minutes, and then there's a second battery, too, which means there's enough juice for everybody to get a turn driving, even Dad. I also like that the battery has the Dean's/T-plug connector. A lot of smaller cars have a proprietary connector, but the Dean's is very common so if you want to get a bigger battery down the line or want to swap out a battery from another car it's not a problem. -Stickers - It came with a sheet of sticker decals that you can put on the truck to customize how you like. My kids thought that was great. -Low Speed Mode - An absolute must! We found this out the hard way. We had another car that didn't have a low speed mode, and it was just too fast to control safely in the house or for the beginner. With this car, a quick switch and your top speed is reduced probably 40% which means you can now drive in the house without damaging the wood or running over the cat. It's also a really nice feature to have if you want to let the neighbor kid or a novice drive the car without you wincing every time he almost t-bones a cement curb. -Parts Availability - We haven't broken anything yet, but when kids are driving at these speeds, eventually something will break, so you want to make sure you can get parts otherwise it's very frustrating to just have a nice car sitting on a shelf because it won't run. I checked ahead of time for this model and every single part on it is available separately so that's good to know. Overall we're extremely pleased with this car and I think it's the perfect fit for the kid who's ready for something faster and better quality than the typical WalMart toy. As an adult, I like it, too. It's fun to do doughnuts and bash around outside, but I just can't justify paying $200 for an RC car, so this car really fits the bill.

This was a christmas gift for my 10 yr daughter. She has played with the little $20 pocket RC cars but they are limited to smooth surfaces only. They get boring on the driveway bc they are so small. I had nitro powered stadium trucks back in the day and wanted something she can run around the yard. This thing rips! I am amazed at how much performance they pack in compared to what it used to cost me years ago. The most important factors to me: 1. AWD - offroad / yard capable 2. Sturdy drivetrain - metal axles all the way throughout 3. Durable - suspension is adjustable and forgiving 4. Speed adjustable - I can turn it down for her to learn without crashing or getting frustrated 5. Repairable - spare parts are available I spent a lot of time looking at options and landed on this based on it meeting all of the factors I was looking for and it was the lowest cost option to boot. It has a very stable stance and is easy to control. I also like the larger scale size to make it go through the yard better. She has learned to drive it very quickly and has already been turning the speed up. I know there are faster machines but this is a fantastic starter with 2 batteries and remote included. She has been out running it most days the weather is decent. She has given it a name and takes care of the batteries herself. I was preparing myself to buy a traxxas and couldn't be happier with this as a starter. If you are in a similar situation, buy this one and have a blast with it. You can spend more on a nicer unit when you decide this is going to be a more serious hobby and some of the crashing/learning is behind you.

So far this thing is solid. Super fast. Hard to control at full speed so we dial it back to half, wich is still wicked fast. Durable. We use it at the bmx track and rc tracks. It Flys, flips, cartwheels and nothing breaks. Batteries last about 10-15 minutes. Less if on full speed. Clips suck but you can bend them. Highly recommend over spendier brands.

So I had this RC Truck for a good month now and out of the box it comes with the accessories X2 batteries. It's a fast truck but the only problem I have is you go at a certain distance when you turn you'll lose control but since this is a hobby grade RC you can put in another remote and receiver in it. I did take it to a skate park and it handled the jumps like a champ. But I wouldn't say it's a basher because I don't know if you can find spare parts for it well replacement parts. I like to add a more faster motor in it even though it's already fast enough but I would like to go faster. It has a speed control so for the kids you can set it to a lower speed for them to start with. So in conclusion I like this truck the LED lights are a nice feature to it I will be doing some upgrades to it that's for sure.

Cool RC car, but not durable. I had one that the motor stopped working. The replacement, the differential stripped out and it was only front wheel drive. Each time it lasted about 2 weeks. It has too much power for the drivetrain materials.
