Very convenient to use when I go to gym and use their day locker. Smaller size than expected hence easier to cut it off if someone uses a bolt cutter but for a daily gym use I think it's great .. so far.Today (6 months started using it) I went to gym and this lock won't open, because battery ran out. I had to stuff my bag (with my valuables) in a unlocked drawer. The batter life is acceptable but I just wish there was a some kind of warning that battery level is low. I saw a review that you should use power bank. For now I'll keep myself a reminder every 3 months to charge this padlock.

Set up is annoying. It won't allow me to record a 2nd fingerprint. If my hands are full, I'll want to have both thumbs registered and it gets to the 4th try and won't register the 5th touch of my other thumb. This makes me nervous that there are other glitches but we'll see. Will post updates when appropriate

Easy to set up but not well built, flimsy!

This works good and helped me understand the finger bio metrics. It's not real strong lock but it would be a good seal t type of lock as I have not unlocked with a non stored finger print ever. Plus you. Can unlock with a phone app.

perfect little lock that is good for my locker at work. for someone who cant remember codes or cares to waste time on them this is perfect for keeping your stuff locked up safe

I had my lock for 10 days and then I died with no warning, my app said it had 15% left… then died and once it dies you can’t open it. Once the lock dies you can’t unlock it with the app because the Bluetooth disconnects. I had to get it cut off my locker after an 8hr shift WAS NOT FUN. They are replacing it but I see this as an issue that can easily be fixed with a master keyEdit: customer service was terrible they said they’d replace the lock and never did. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM

Love it I use it for work it’s only scary not knowing when I should charge it

This worked great for 5 months. I bought it in August and have used it at the gym until now in January, I just had to have my gym cut it off because it wouldn't open, no blinking light, no dead battery notification, nothing. So there's that.

It's very small. Very costly for such a small device

dicen que la carga le dura un año, veamos si es cierto. funciona bien, la configuración es bien fácil... primero configuras al administrador, es la primera huella... luego configuras la 2da huella, que también es administrador... y luego tienes hasta la 20, que son usuarios normales... puedes poner huellas de varios dedos tuyos o de un familiar. al poner la huella correcta, se abre de inmediato y el led enciende verde. al poner la huella de alguien que no tiene acceso, se enciende el led rojo y no abre. es un candado pequeño, leve, sirve para resguardar cosas menores o en situaciones donde no esperas que venga alguien con mala intensión a romperlo porque es delgado y de seguro, fácil de violar. sirve para un gimnasio o por ejemplo, para un closet que los niños no puedan abrir, etc. cumple su función. lo recomiendo. de seguro compraré más. viene en una cajita con sus instrucciones impresas. guardalas bien.

El tamaño es excelente, lo ocupo para el gimnasio y sirve perfecto aunque tenga las manos sudadas o húmedas.

La verdad es muy cómodo ya que no tienes que traer la llave, lo malo es que se desconfiguro (y era de los que no tiene Bluetooth) lo tuve que romper y lo sustitui por el negro que si tiene Bluetooth pero se desconecta a cada rato (cada que lo abres) y es muy molesto, pues pierdes mucho tiempo. Mas adelante actualizo mi comentario.

The media could not be loaded.  Las instrucciones vienen en inglés pero es muy fácil de utilizar, solo se debe ooroimir por 5 segundos el touch y estará listo para configurar una nueva huella. Me decepcionó que no tiene una app ni tampoco una llave de emergencia
