I bought this as a gift, such a lovely mug, good quality, comes in a box, perfect for a Friends fan! However, unfortunately it was much larger than expected so I had to return it - because there was not enough space in the suitcase!! Otherwise I definitely would recommend! Perfect for hot chocolate and mug cakes!

Love friends, this mug is super big, make up to almost 2 normal mugs so no need to do multiple trips for tea or coffee!!!

Really nuce quality and design, but it’s more of a soup bowl rather than a coffee mug. It’s absolutely huge. Will keep it anyway because I like the design, probably will eat salad or soup from it.

This is a HUGE mug, so if you like friends and tea then this is the mug for you. Fortunately my daughter likes both. I would say that the box it arrived in was ok, but the plastic from was scratched and wasn’t attached so in terms of presentation it didn’t look too great. I ditched the box and wrapped it using my own packaging in the end. It’s friends branded so probably paid a premium for the popular show, as it was a bit pricey for a mug. But, that’s merch for you.

This huge mug is great.And when I say this is a huge mug - I mean it is HUGE. It's more like a bowl than a cup. If it's too large for your drinks, it's perfect for things like cereal or pasta.My partner absolutely loves this mug and uses it every day for breakfast.
