Highly recommended for severe dry eyes!!

These eye drops really do help with dry eyes, fabulous product PLUS the DELIVERY GUY was EXCELLENT, he even put my parcel into an envelope so the cartoon didn’t get too soaked because of the non stop rain ( I was out at the time ) THANK YOU AGAIN 🙏🏼

I only started wearing glasses a couple of years ago and during my first appointment at the opticians I asked what the small, slightly yellowy/beige patches were at the inner corners of the whites of my eyes. She explained that this was thickening of the cornea due to dryness - basically, the cornea protects itself by getting a little thicker where there is friction caused by poor lubrication. She seemed surprised that I hadn't experienced any discomfort as a result of it but said that it was irreversible and to stop it getting worse, I should keep them lubricated. She recommended Systane which she said was more gel-like than watery and therefore stuck around for longer. Afterwards, I realised I do get quite sore, itchy eyes after a long spell at the computer but was attributing it to that, rather than any dryness, but the Systane helps enormously. Basically, if you often have itchy eyes or feel as though you might have something in your eye, or even think you've inadvertently scratched it - you probably have dry eyes. Try this a couple of times a day and it will help massively. If you're worried about anything to do with your eyes though - please go to see a professional!

the dropper has changed and is now flat instead of a spout meaning that most of it runs down your cheeks! Ridiculous. My husband has the same problem. Have been buying these for years, but, unless they go back to the old design, I won’t be buying again !

Got these as recommended by a friend for dry itchy eyes. Use morning and night within a week no more itchy eyes. Highly recommend

This is my favourite eye drop for severe dry eyes. I order ever month without fail. The only eyebrows that receive my dry eyes and work great with wearing contact lenses too.

I wear contact lenses at least 12 hours a day, and have been doing so for about 30 years, so have tried a lot of eye drops! These are the best; they are expensive, but well worth the price. I find that the comfort/moisture that they provide lasts much longer than other eye drops, and I often use them when wearing lenses. They relieve dry eyes, and do not leave any film or residue on contacts.

If you are looking to stock up on this product, I'd avoid this listing. I've used Systane before and liked their brand so as always I can say that the actual product formulation is good and does help with very dry eyes. However this product seems very old, the product itself has been sitting around for nearly 2 years now and is expiring in two months. I'm not really pleased with this because I know for a fact if I had just been less lazy and walked into the nearest Boots or Superdrug I could've got a fresher product for the same cost. It is a little offensive when you are clearly sold old stock at full price. I'm also somewhat confused because by the images of other posts, there is quite a bit of variation in packaging and how the eyedrops are dispensed.

Very ineffective product. Doesn't compare to eye drops in the rest of the Systane line. Doesn't irritate the eyes, but doesn't moisten either.

Lo utilizzo perché in estate con il caldo e l’uso dei condizionatori soffro inevitabilmente di secchezza oculare. Il prodotto, a differenza di molti altri del suo genere, non causa il tipico offuscamento della vista e non crea problemi se usato con le lenti a contatto mantenendo nel contempo ottime proprietà idratanti. Un pratico rimedio per chi soffre di secchezza oculare sporadica o cronica che con una singola goccia (almeno nel mio caso) dona molte ore di sollievo.

Ottimo prodotto, mi sono operata agli occhi per la miopia da qualche mese e ogni tanto mi capita di avere gli occhi secchi, soprattutto durante la guida notturna e stando davanti al pc. È davvero un buon prodotto, ne ho provati diversi in questi mesi ma non facevo altro che metterli di continuo, invece questo collirio è molto buono, lo metto 2 volte al giorno e funziona davvero bene. Consigliatissimo
