Sushi: Easy recipes for making sushi at home

If you love sushi and fancy having a go at making your own then this book is worth every penny. Even if you have had a go at making sushi before you will find plenty of inspiration for different recipes and ideas in it. Each recipe is beautifully photographed so that you can see exactly what you will be making. The recipes are detailed and easy to follow. Many recipes offer alternative filling suggestions so if you aren't keen on one there is usually something else you can try instead. I've been really pleased with this book and would definitely recommend it to all sushi enthusiasts. Just think how much money you can save by making your own - and also how many more fillings you can try out.

I needed a book to help me make my first sushi. I found this book and it’s easy to follow and contains nice recipes, from basic sushi to more complex recipes and also other Japanese recipes.

Bought for fun for hubby, he does all the cooking & needs to get more healthy. He treated us to a delightful meal, even the children loved it. As it says in the title, easy to make, tricky bit is getting the ingredients if you don't live near a Japanese/Chinese/australasian supermarket (but surprisingly it was the chain that likes to roll prices back who came up with the correct rice & Nori seaweed, whereas other supermarket chains did not...).

Very good value for that many recipes. It's a small book, but there is a lot in there! It is very easy if you have never made sushi before. This book will teach you all the basics and the dishes are all very tasteful!

An easy step by step guide into the introduction of sushi making. From beginners level (like me) right through to more adventurous kinds. I found making this an enjoyable experience and really easy to follow. Pictures and text are clear. Impossible not to munch the whole lot when you make it though!

I just got my book....I'm only on page 8 and I loveeeeeee it..... very very good quality....almost a hard back....top quality pictures........at this price, excellent buy....I would have paid more...... buy it quick before its sold out xxx

Great book, small which is helpful in the kitchen. Contains great recipes for sushi, including vegetarian, pressed, soups, bowls and more. Instructions very easy to follow like an online instruction.
