Fantastic set!
Our boys (6 and 3) love this! Great quality. You can build a little car or boat and also they can 'fish' - learn through play :) There's a little booklet included with clear instructions and ideas. Bought it for our 6 years old but little one wanted to join in, too :) They both love it! Can only recommend it!

My nephews love the Science Museum, we go there often. This Xmas gift for them .. they loved it. Good quality and fun.

Try and find another one
The principle of this is good - learning about magnets and having different experiences of using them, that's why I give it 3 stars. However the product itself is not great, there must be better sets out there.

Marvellous kit for curious children
My grandson was thrilled with this, as like most small boys he is fascinated by magnets. He has built various toys with the kit. It is certainly a step up from the iron filings we used to have at school to show the power of magnets. A marvellous kit all in a compact box. Excellent value.

Have not opened it as it’s a Christmas gift.
This is for my great nephew for Christmas,but I know he will like it. I’m happy with it and arrived when said.

Magnets
Good fun for children. My 2 had fun exploring various objects in the house to test their magnetism as well as doing the fun activities in the kit. A little overpriced for what it is

The horseshoe shaped magnet shown in the picture is fake, don't be fooled by that. There are plastic pieces to assemble a horseshoe shaped magnet using two bar magnets on the sides. It does not behave like a regular horseshoe magnet with N and S poles at the end because the bar magnet poles are on the lateral sides, not on the longitudinal sides. This is a major mis-information because the horseshoe magnet is the big one shown in the picture. Bar and ring magnets are fairly powerful. Overall a good toy to kindle interest in magnets.

Genial, a mi hijo de 5 años le ha encantado. Se divierte mucho montando el coche de imanes. Los materiales son buenos y por ahora no se ha roto. ( 2 meses) los imanes don bastante potentes y hay varias maneras de jugar con ellos
