Where do I start? This product is tasty, value for money. It mixes well and works within minutes Easy to use, good energy level 👌🏿. Cannot fault it and will definitely recommend it.

It tastes like the KA drink fruit punch flavour. Obviously being a supplement it has a slight touch of sweetness but nothing to worry about. Recommend this flavour for sure.

Personally I was never a fan of pre workout because I never thought I needed it. Take what I say which a pinch of salt, this is my anecdotal experience. After taking a 2 year long break from working out due to injury, I decided to take some of this pre workout. I previously peaked at 200kg deadlift without the aid of pre workout supplements and boy did they work. I figured that it would help me lift a bit more and enable myself to push harder in the gym without burning myself out too quickly. Little did I know, that half way throughout my workout I would be pulling 10 plates on the row machine when I was only used to 6 and deadlifting 160kg within the 4th week of my gym routine. I honestly felt like I was never fatiguing. If you’re in need of a kick and require the energy to get through your workout, this will help you achieve that goal. It contains various amino acids which contribute to the maintenance and growth of muscle and prevents the body muscle break down. The creatine in this will help provide your muscles with ATP, the energy required to lift more in the gym and you will start to fatigue less quickly. The caffeine is 175mg and has an effect on the central nervous system, providing you with the energy you need to lift. The supplement is “gold standard” so you know you’re getting the ingredients listed on the tub. I advise that you do not use pre workout too often for every workout as its easy to build a tolerance to caffeine, meaning you won’t get the same effect every time you workout. The pre workout also tastes pretty good, quite sweet and chemically but it doesn’t taste too bad, you get used to it. I highly recommend this.

Don't normally write reviews but I think this deserved one, this is probably the best pre workout I've used to date. The fruit punch is delicious, yes you get a slight gritty taste, being loaded with creatine which does not dissolve properly anyway, so stop ya whinging about it tasting gritty. Gave me that kick after a few minutes and prob lasts a couple of hrs. Slept spot on. This is not a fake review.

I’ve always been a bit skeptical about preworkout powders and never bothered using them. I thought I’d buy some and give it a go as now and again I feel very fatigued during my workouts. I can’t actually believe what a difference it made. I took it 20 mins before I headed to the gym. I felt more focused and did more sets than usual. I did an hour but left due to it being extremely busy. I could have actually gone on for another hour. I was still full of energy walking home and even considered going for a run. I had no side effects at all other than an extra burst of energy and focus. No itching, tingling or flushing. It tastes nice and fruity and mixes easily with water. If you’re on the fence like I was just go ahead and purchase this ON preworkout. You’ll be amazed at the results!

I think it is effective and increased and uniformed my energy level during the training. But becareful if you do training afternoon yiu should not take it after 5pm due to cafein and sleep disordering effective.

Despues de casi 2 años usando el producto puedo decir tanto lo bueno como lo malo: BUENO: - Te da un chute de energia con lo cual cumple la funcion prevista - Se disuelve facilmente - En mas de 10 pedidos todos han llegado correctamente precintados (no puedo decir lo mismo de otras marcas) - Especialmente eficaz para principiantes: si nunca has usado un suplemento de este estilo y estas empezando notaras que el efecto es muy potente y tienes mas energia. En mi caso se me hizo mas llevadero meterme en la rutina del gym porque hacia mis series con mas facilidad y no acababa tan cansado. MALO: - El producto te crea tolerancia y dependencia. Uno de los principios activos es la cafeina; si lo usas en todos tus entrenamientos acabaras creando tolerancia y progresivamente necesitaras mas producto para el mismo efecto. Al mismo tiempo a medida que te acostumbras a utilizar el producto tu cuerpo lo "normaliza", pudiendo resultar en un contraste brusco si dejas de tomarlo. En definitiva creo que hace falta un consumo responsable y moderado del producto para que cumpla correctamente su funcion. - Aunque sea una cosa de gustos la mayoria de los sabores me desagradan. Los fui probando todos (creo que son 5 en total) y solo me han gustado el "fruit punch" y el "blue raspberry". Lo mas probable si acabas comprando el producto varias veces es que acabes probando un sabor que no te guste.
