Really great octave pedal
Does create a thicker sound and a really great effect. The controls are effective and the unit sturdy, fun design as well. Price was fair.

Not Brilliant but a fair product for the price
I can't say I was massivly impressed. It 'sort of' does what it says on the box, listening to it you would never be fooled into thinking you were listening to an actual 12 string guiar but I don't know of anything else that comes close and is in this price range. My advice would be to check out the reviews on YouTube so you can hear it before you buy

Not for me
No substitute for a 12 string guitar. The tone is harsh and has to be EQ to mellow. In my opinion the pedal is overrated.

This pedal looks great but the power supply plug is european not UK
Couldn't actually try it because power supply only fits european sockets. I contacted supplier who sent me a UK "clip" but it didn't fit the plug. Sadly had to send this back for a refund as they couldn't supply it with UK power connector.

Faulty Product - UPDATE.
The product was ordered as "Used Like New". Unfortunately it was faulty. The input socket had a bad connection. By applying constant pressure to the jack plug the pedal would work and gave a realistic 12 string guitar sound using a solid bodied electric guitar. As soon as the pressure was released the connection was lost and a buzzing was heard. This particular item was returned as not fit for purpose. Since it was ordered the prices have risen so I will not be ordering a new replacement and I won't risk ordering a "Used Like New" item again. UPDATE I originally gave this item one star because although it was refurbished it had a fault. I returned it to Amazon for a full refund. I subsequently bought another one, new this time, as it was at a good price here on Amazon. To my ears it gives a realistic 12 string guitar sound when used with an electric guitar. I haven't tried it with an electro-acoustic but I have no reason to suspect it will sound any less authentic. It gives the characteristic "jangle" without the associated tuning problems inherent with 12 stringers.

I'm very happy with this pedal
I'm very happy with this pedal. It has a nice clean tone - no howling that one gets, tex from an octave pedal, to simulate a 12-string sound from a 6-string. I have been looking for such a pedal in several years, and since I don not have 2000 pounds + to get the real thing (Rickenbacker), I was very pleased to see a quick test in Guitarist in April this year. My "dreams" had been fulfilled. But as Guitarist says: Roger McGuinn won't leave his Ricky at home for this, but the Mosaic represents a great way to get 12-string sounds.... Lars Ussinger, Denmark

Quality pedal
I bought this to use with my 3 String cigar box guitar it transforms the sound and makes a warm full rich tone dial up 12 the twelve string effect and it makes my rubbish playing sound good and makes a cheap CBG sound amazing. I love the mosaic and it puts a smile on my face every time I plug it in it is not cheap but then again it is a quality product

Selling my SG double neck as I haven't played it much, but I didn't want to go without a 12 string completely. Although not 100% 12 string replacement, it's value is far beyond the initial thought of replacing a 12 string. You can get such great sounds of of this thing for recording, live, or whatever and the pedal is worth it just for that. Now, add the benefit of not having another guitar to string/maintain/store/upgrade...and of course not having to tune or play an actual 12 string?!?! YES Please! This is my one of my favorite pedals now.

CLEAR MODULATED CHORUSY TONES... DIFFERENT THAN OTHER CHORUS/ MODULATION PEDALS DUE TO THEIR OWN PROPRIETORY DESIGN CIRCUITS WHICH THEY DEVELOPED FOR THE WHAMMY... NICE TO PLAY CLEAN AS WELL AS WITH SUITABLE OD..GOT IT SUPER CHEAP..
