Native Instruments Traktor Kontrol S2 MK2 DJ Controller

Fantastic piece of equipment for a beginner like myself. Large assortment of controls, all of which are very precise and can be recalibrated at any time. The software is great, too - just be prepared to buy a heck of a lot of music if you don't already own a load of good DJ tracks.

What a fantastic bit of equipment this is - £300 seems like an absolute bargain when you plug it in and fire it up - all you need to DJ anywhere and the FX and features are excellent, the sound quality is also mint!

Agonised over many controllers. It you use Traktor Pro2 software then this is a no brainer. Dead easy to use and perfect for the starter and the seasoned dj. Recommend getting the Magma case to go with it, everything in one case. Only quibble is the mic input and gain at the back is a bit of a pain, but once levels set it's ok

The controlled seemed great for my needs in running workshops with music, however it CRASHES about once an hour (on my macbook pro) when playing live which is really awkward and I cannot use it again. I wish I had not purchased this and am looking to get a refund

THIS WILL NOT WORK ON NEW MACBOOK PROS OR MACBOOK AIRS. GOOGLE IT, THERE ARE FORUMS FULL OF ANGRY PEOPLE WITH NO WAY OF RESOLVING IT. IT CRASHES RANDOMLY. I FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY WHILST TRYING TO USE THIS FOR A CLUBNIGHT. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.

Yes yes yes! I am finally in control of my sound! Fast and easy access to all of my music, decks, transposition, and fx controls without ever having to touch my mouse or keyboard. The lights on the S2 MK2 are so sharp and can be dimmed with ease. The built in sound card provides absolutely stunning sound. The Crossfade takes a beating and has a very smooth slide. You can't beat the sound of this scratch unless you have Actual Vinyl. I really love to use my S2 MK2 with my iPhone. The app is only available in the Apple iTunes Store and cost me $4.99 sometime ago. I love Traktor. It is hands down the best dj software on the market. With a fast and intuitive workflow, awesome customizable affects, and staff of djs who are always ready to help with anything, the S2 MK2 is a must have for any dj in today's world!

C'est parfait aussi bien du côté de la machine physique que du logiciel Traktor qui est très complet. Ca répond tout de suite, il y a des tas de possibilités, c'est un vrai régal que de débuter là dessus mais aussi de continuer à l'utiliser après. C'est tout petit et facile à transporter donc idéal pour faire des soirées. C'est intuitif, et on voit que la qualité est là. C'est un budget mais si c'est dans vos prix et que vous hésitez avec un autre, foncez pour celui là !

Una console che fa egregiamente il suo lavoro! Davvero molto professionale! Un prodotto che merita di entrare nelle vostre case se non siete alle prime armi ma neanche dei super dj provetti! Insomma per una via di mezzo!
