Anyone thinking of giving up smoking these cards are great. They fit in my pocket or bag and I read them while walking down the road. They keep me focused on why I stopped smoking.

I’d never seen these before, but bought them straight away. I’ve been on and off quitting with the use of patches for a long time. Today will be me retrying with the use of these and patches!The prompts are great, they’re straight to the point and definitely kick you up the backside to snap out of a craving, putting so much into perspective!58 different reminders of why I want to be a non smoker, and I’m 100% taking these with me everywhere.The only downside is that I won’t be able to read them when driving, where I always used to smoke on a journey. However, I really do believe this is will help me as it already has so far.I love the design of the pack, I would say the cards are slightly smaller than a normal deck of cards, but that works for me as they’re easier to shove in your pocket.I’m someone who needs a lot of imagery and colours to grab my attention, these really do and they’re not boring to read or look at!
