I purchased this exercise ball due to have a serious back injury. Having used one in the past I was confident that by sitting on the ball this would relive some of the pain I had when sitting or lying down. I felt extremely comfortable use the ball. The ball is made of a quality plastic which feel thick. You can inflate the ball to an excellent size which is more than suitable for a large adult male. The ball came with a hand pump and I would estimate it to take no more than 2-3 minutes to inflate. Inside the box there is also an exercise sheet to give a beginner some basic exercises to start with. I believe this is an excellent product for the price and I would certainly recommend it for someone suffering from a back problem.

Bought for my pregnant wife, she loves it. It was easy to set up, came with everything (pump, plugs, etc). Even came with spare plugs in case you want to let it down and lose or break the first plug.

Ball arrived when expected and was easy to inflate and came with pump, valve, spare plugs and an exercise guide both paper and a link to electronic version. Very pleased with quality and price of item.

Inflated easily enough as the pump is a higher quality one than others but still ended up with a sore arm. The ball itself does what it's supposed to do, helps you tone your core muscles. Just make sure you have enough space and you're committed to it otherwise it might end up either deflated (the plastic fork-like tool they provide to help with letting air out is not very efficient) or placed in a corner and forgotten.

I bought this ball for late pregnancy and labour and was pleased with what I got. I'm 5"5' and it was perfect - just make sure you pump it up lots and lots otherwise you'll find it's not the right height.

This product was an absolute game-changer for my wife during her pregnancy. The size was perfect, and she used it every day in the run-up to giving birth. It came with a handy pump, and getting it to the correct size was a breeze. If you're looking for convenience and ease, this is the one. Highly recommended!

Es como dicen que es.. Temía no haber escogido la talla adecuada para mi ,por algunos comentarios sobre que; si no se correspondían las medidas anunciadas,curiosamente: habían quejas en ambos sentidos. Unos decían que era más pequeño, y otros que era más grande... EN MI CASO ES JUSTO LO QUE PEDÍ. el material parece realmente muy bueno,de profesionales (mejor que los que tenemos en clase de Pilates). FACILISIMO DE INFLAR,casi ni me di cuenta que ya lo tenia hinchado,en pocos movimientos la Bomba ya lo tenia lleno; como que la voy a usar este verano para tooodo lo que se tenga que hinchar. JEJEJE. deshinchar la...por ahora no puedo decir nada puesto que la uso hasta de silla.... Nada mas por ahora. Una de mis mejores compras.

Commandé pour ma septuagénaire de mère qui n'a pas compris comment gonfler ce ballon de gym-pilates car la notice est en anglais. En fait, c'est assez intuitif, et cela ne pose guère de problème. On peut même le dégonfler sans problème ou augmenter la pression facilement grâce à une sorte de petit décapsuleur en plastique fourni (accompagné d'un jeu d'embouts de fermeture et de la pompe bien sûr). Couleur rose agréable, toucher idéal. Semble super résistant. Feuillet A4 en anglais pour une première prise en main. Pour ma mère, c'est pour compléter ses séances de kiné pour une arthrose sévère : permet de retrouver une bonne posture en position assise, et masse en position debout (en mettant le ballon contre un mur ou une porte fermée, dos au ballon, fléchissez les jambes pour faire des massages en va et vient dans le dos). Je recommande sans problème.
