My cat has suffered from stress induced cystitis before, which was cleared up with an expensive trip to the vet who prescribed an even more expensive course of anti biotics and anti inflammatories. Recently I stupidly decided to move loads of furniture around the house, the first thing my cat did was urinate in the kitchen, after that she stopped urinating almost completely, and started going in and out of her litter tray without doing anything, I knew this was the start of the dreaded the cystitis, so I came on here, saw this product, thought it must be rubbish, but ordered it anyway, and incredibly, my cat after three days on this paste is urinating normally again. It's almost hard to believe that this stuff has worked, but I have to say happily it has. She is not keen on eating it though, so today I put some on her paw to lick off, but she just flicked it instead and landed with a gloopy splat on the carpet, so that was good fun trying to get that cleaned up! I instead got a blob of it on my finger and rubbed it all over her lips so she didn't have any choice but to lick it all, poor thing! But there's been no ill affects from taking it, and she's not that distressed at the taste, she's just fussy. The consistency surprised me, it's quite soft, like Marmite, it spreads easily, all over place if you're not careful, but at this moment, i'm not bothered, it's worked, and saved me a fortune, not to mention my cat is now a lot more comfortable, and yes I did put all the furniture back in the original places!.

My Tom cat Thomas"Tom"(13yrs!)(Both look much younger) Black+White Tuxedo(Tabby is Tigger "Tiggs" 17yrs! still like a kitt!)has suffered from severe systitis for 5years.Last 18months started even affecting his Bowels wasn't pooing or weeing not eating hardly at all afta many trips 2 the vets(expensive!) Trying every tab available nothing worked! He was losing weight outlook didn't look good.So tried this,a MIRACLE! Afta 10 days wee+poo almost Normal! Eating beta. Will keep him on it 4 a month or more gradually reducing it C what happens put him Bak on it if it comes bak.I have no doubt it Has saved his Life!Just put 2cm on wet finger smear on his tongue.Without this he woud have faded away and crossed the Rainbow bridge to cat Land far too soon! Great product this really works!

Both my cats are not thrilled with this product. Thankfully, they will lick it off their paws. It does have a very strong odour similar to marmite, I dare say that's the probiotic in it? I have not seen any difference in my two kitties, the one I am concerned about because of her being over 20 years old, especially. Going to check out other products for older kitties that are prone to urinary crystals/infections.

Appears to be working

I noticed that my cat became a bit obsessed with using the litter tray after we got a new kitten. She would go constantly with only a small amount of wee coming out, after using this stuff it reduced dramatically and now there are no issues! I wipe it on her paw like I saw some people suggest and she licked it off, I also rubbed it around a bowl with her favourite snack inside and she soon licked it off :) highly recommend!
