A friend recommended these and I have been taking these pomegranate supplements for a few weeks now. It has so many benefits and has all natural and Organic ayurvedic ingredients. Easy to swallow and no after taste.

I did try a few other brands but none of them seem to be as strong or effective as this one. I have been having a PSA test (blood test that measures the amount of prostate specific antigen in your blood) and since taking these capsules and results have been amazing. I decided to try True Veda Organic Pomegranate capsules and within two months my PSA went from 8.4 down to 6.6. The True Veda organic Pomegranate capsules also got rid of my urgency to urinate. I used to have the running water syndrome, whenever I would turn on the tap I would have to urinate, but I don't have that any more - it's definitely helping me and I am going to continue to take these on a long term basis.

Arrived on time and well packages. Maybe too early to leave a review about the product as only been using it for 2 weeks but so far it is good apart from the smell. I don't know if it's coincidence, I used to get headaches and chest pains almost every night and episodes of palpitations but haven't notice any since taking this, so I guess it is a good supplement.
