This Lynmark waterproof bed protector has worked very well for me so far. The quality feels excellent, and the protector is soft and comfortable to lie on not plasticky or noisy like some other waterproof pads. The tuck-in flaps are a great feature, helping it stay securely in place throughout the night without shifting around. The absorbency is impressive. It handles moisture well and truly prevents leaks from reaching the mattress. I also appreciate that it’s OEKO-Tex certified, giving peace of mind that the materials are safe and skin-friendly. Washing and drying are straightforward, and it holds its shape after laundry without any damage to the waterproof layer. Does exactly what I need it to. There's a knack to putting it on if youre doing it by yourself but once you've got the hang of it, it's easy. Quick to remove which is a godsend in the middle of the night. Washes well with only minimal bobbling and thats after a lot of washes (this is my second purchase of this). It can take some time to dry which is understandable given it's absorbent, but if you can get it on a radiator it'll be dry very quickly. Would definitely recommend, it's brilliant quality and value and isn't plasticky at all, nor does it rustle.

I bought this for my Mum who is 95, and is a bit leaky (sometimes a LOT leaky) at night. First, they really DO absorb any leakage. Second, they do stay in place very well. (with the tuck flaps at the sides). I only have ONE gripe about these. They take AGES to dry after washing, and considering you might have to wash one every day that's no mere detail. I bought two double packs (so have 4 to use) and I've managed to keep up with changing them almost daily. As the winter comes on however it's getting harder and harder to get them dried (we don't all have super-duper nuclear powered dryers at home, you know). They don't spin dry very efficiently either, because of their waterproof side. This means they come out of the washer still pretty wet. That's probably one reason why they take ages to dry. I have spun one of these TWICE at the 7000 cycle, and it's STILL been dripping water onto the floor when hung up to dry. I think it's a the waterproof layer that doesn't allow the water to release even at high spin speeds in the washing machine. Still, one can't have everything, I suppose. They keep the bed dry, and keep Mum asleep, so all's good there. I can live with the rest. Just remember, if you are changing them every night, you might need a few to keep up with the drying process, which might take a two or three days for each one (depending on how you dry your laundry).

good quality 2nd purchase. Soft and comfortable to sleep on and very leak proof. Has saved me a lot of washing and given my elderly mother peace of mind.

That they soak the urine quickly & you take it off in the morning, put in for a good wash if it raining outside stick it in the tumble dryer.

These are great and save you a lot of work! They are a perfect size and I am so happy I came across them. Terry toweling on one side with rubber backing. I recommend this product.
