This is a great product. It works great. I've used it many times to hang up hexagon lights and 3D wall panels. Overall it functions perfectly, and the stickiness is good. Overall. The dimensions are great to stick on heavy objects. And it'll last for a long time. The tape is pretty thick, but it leaves residue, but it's not that much of an issue. The quality of these Command strips is great overall; the dimensions and everything are great. I am not disappointed with this product. It is reliable all the time.

I design various parts for things around the home or other projects, which I then 3D print, some of which end up hanging on a wall. My go-to solution for wall mounting most things are these large 3M command strips, which, as long as there is enough of a tab sticking out, are easily removed. My latest design was a simple remote control holder which mounted to a wall using these large command strips, and it worked perfectly. The primary benefit from these command strips is of course that they stick well, but can be removed without ripping up a wall. That is only the case though, if there is enough of a tab sticking out that can be grabbed and pulled straight down (or up), to release the tape. If that tab breaks or there is not enough of it sticking out to grip, it is just like using regular foam double sided tape, and will likely damage the wall when removed (which has happened a couple times to me). So just keep that in mind when placing the strips, and don't cover the tabs where they cannot be accessed to remove the strips. I think they could improve the design by adding a reinforced hole in the tab that could be hooked with a flat tool to pull down and remove, or possibly just add some texturing to the tabs to make them easier to grip, since being unable to grip the tabs when removing the strips has been my only issue.

I used that all the times. I have a bet peeve about nailing things onto the wall. I don’t want to deal with patching up the wholes. So these are the next best thing in my opinion. They do a really good job of adhesion. One thing people to remember is to clean the surface of both the wall and picture you plan on hanging up. And don’t be afraid to use more to help support the weight of you have a heaving picture. And I like that it’s temporary and removing the strip is pretty easy. There are some negatives. Heat will impact the adhesion. I lived in an apartment that gets very hot over the summer I had times where pictures would fall from the wall. The glue on the strip just melts. But if your home doesn’t get too hot or if your temperature regular it…you’ll be fine. Sometimes it sticks too well and not easily removed. I’ve pull want from walls trying to remove some. Doesn’t happen all the time though. Overall, still my preference for hanging things. And I can’t find them at better price anywhere else other than Amazon.

As described, you get 20x Large size command strips as stated. They get shipped out in a small command cardboard box. These are great as is for hanging things up directly, but I buy them as replacement strips for hanging picture hooks. These fit the white sawtooth ones and the large metal ones (see my photo for reference). Every time I move house I get a new load of these strips for the command hooks to hang up all my frames. The strips are a bit pricey, but I know they're reliable and in the long run it's cheaper than losing my deposit by using off-brand strips or putting holes in the wall. I've been burned before trying to save a couple of bucks lol not risking it again. It's worth it if only for the peace of mind. Been using these strips long enough to know they need to be applied to completely flat and clean surfaces. After I stick my hooks to the wall, I press them to the wall with my fingers for the count of 30. I don't put any weight on them immediately—I leave them to adhere for 2-4 hours, though sometimes I just leave it overnight to be safe. Only then do I hang my frame up. If I've moved to a new place and I'm not 100% sure about the wall surface, I'll start with a lighter frame first and make sure it stays safely up for two weeks before putting up more. Admittedly have had trouble with removal of these strips a couple of times—no damage to the wall or anything, but sometimes the strips can snap while you're stretching them out. Nowadays I use a hairdryer to warm it up first (highest heat setting, blow for about a minute), then I pull down very very slowly and carefully. If you pull too fast it increases the chances of the strip snapping, and then you'll have to whip out the dental floss to get the remainder safely off the wall. All in all, have been buying these for years and will continue buying them for years to come.
