Never tried a live translator before. The capability of these is great. The setup and pairing was very simple. I like the overall style of the earbuds and the case. I have conversations in Spanish every day, but I’m still learning and often the sentences are too fast for me to understand. I took them to Colombia and they did reasonably well. Once in a while the translation comes out a bit crazy, but it’s not the fault of the earbuds. Obviously background noise and clarity will have an impact on accuracy sometimes. I appreciate how the app has options to choose for which region of Spanish I’m using. The customer service is also great. I contacted them for help when I was unable to redeem the card included as credits for downloading the offline translation packs. They replied within the hour and fixed the issue immediately. I would say they can be fairly useful to a degree in the right environment, but a couple issues I had: if there is nothing being said, they will take random breathing or other noises and translate it to “yeah, .. yeah” repeating in your ear, sounding like a couple of robots attempting procreation. Inaccuracies are sometimes crazy enough to potentially cause a serious misunderstanding if you don’t realize it. Sometimes they just stop picking up any audio at all. Overall, they helped a bit, but I ended up putting them away.

I recommend buying the same brand but in black that comes with accessories, there are two types that they offer, this one really resulted in inconsistencies, I had to put them in their case and reconnect them several times in an hour because it would disconnect, it doesn't come with an accessory and it would fall out of my hands. ears many times lost the signal or even because there was some wind it stopped working. the volume too low. many say this is bad and others say it's perfect, I'll tell you. We both purchased the white Timekettle WT2 Edge/W3 translator and the black one with the Timekettle accessory package. Black is the good one, white is a waste of money, buy the one that is a little more expensive in black, that is the best, without a doubt it is the black one, the translation is correct quickly, you do not need to keep the cell phone with the screen open, You just plug it in and that's it. It has no signal interruptions and the headphones come with accessories so that they do not fall out of the ear. It is clear and can be heard clearly, sometimes I thought it was very loud and other people could notice it but that was not the case. It also lasts for many hours activated. I love it. Now compared to white, which is cheaper. It's really inferior. Says inconsistencies when translating. You have to plug it in every 10 minutes because it is difficult to put it in and take it out every time. It's really annoying, it doesn't come with in-ear accessories, you should buy it. It sounds slow... so you know, if you want something really good, buy the one that comes in the black Timekettle accessory package. Timekettle WT2 Edge/W3 Translator. I tried it at work and it worked great. You don't have to press it every time you want to talk, just turn it on and live happily. Buy it!!!

The earbuds are excellent. You do not have to be online to use them. It has a number of languages (for me Spanish to English) is downloaded and always available online or not. What is also nice it picks up language throughout the room as well as speaking directly into your cell phone. You can use voice or type in the phrase you would like to have translated. I have tried other providers; this is the best option I have been able to find. Initial setup was very easy to do no matter your technical competence

Very useful but it takes around 1 or 2 seconds to translate. I like it but i was expecting faster results.

Decent for regular earbuds use. Only got the translation features to work for active listening once. You have to be in a very very quiet place for this to work and it mostly uses your phone as a microphone. I ended up using Google translate in multiple European countries insteadof being able to use the timekettle app. The app was very glitchy and sometimes even in quite places it would not pickup the audio of the speaker. Even when I preselected the languages involved. I paid for the offline mode and it was the same issues. The headphones are too sensitive to touch. Anything brushing against them, including hair, will pause or play audio. Maybe the more expensive models from this brand work better for translation, but I was better off using other devices I had with me than the timekettle M3. The size isn't too bad. I'd give these a 6 out of 10 for comfort. I was constantly having to adjust them in my ear, which would also turn whatever audio was playing on and off. If you get these definitely buy a little holder for them. The magnet holding the two sides closed is only so strong.

I have used these earbuds for over a year now, I am an English speaking student in a Spanish speaking school in Panama, and have found these earbuds absolutely brilliant. without them I would not have passed the year. they are easy to use and comfortable for all day use and allow me to interact in classes with teachers and other student, I highly recommend them.

Hi guys, I’ve bought this product that helps us in communication when traveling and especially to translate communication between my family and my partner. We have tried it and is really good. Works perfectly with my language (Slovak) and English. We have also tried my partners language (Portuguese) to Slovak/English and no issues. Battery is good and you can use it even on a daily basis as normal earplugs. The shape is good and my ears doesn’t hurt me, and they have noise cancellation. highly recommend Thanks guys
