Sacred Traveler Oracle Cards: A 52-Card Deck and Guidebook

These cards are beautiful. I saw this deck in a W. H. Smith branch and I was pondering the idea of buying them, I was very drawn to them from first seeing them. They stuck out to me among all of the other cards, I felt this kind of magnetism drawing me towards them. However, I felt that I'd ponder it a little more and give it time to see if I still really wanted them. A few days passed, and I decided to see if they were online. I'm glad I found them here on Amazon. I decided to buy them and see what they're like, being new to the world of tarot and oracle cards, or 'divination' cards if you will. I could not have been happier. The cards come with a very well written book by Denise Linn on how to prepare yourself for readings, the types of readings you can do and the meanings of the cards. The cards themselves are large, like a jumbo deck of playing cards. They are quite thick, not flimsy at all and they have this very nice matte effect. They are easy to shuffle. The illustrations are very soft yet vivid in colour. They are all very sentimental and empathic themed cards, which tunes with my personality very nicely. They are not malevolent in any way and every card is thoughtful, reflective and benevolent. I have been doing readings every so often and every time I feel positivity afterwards, hopeful. They are very easy to get to know, so much so I've been doing readings for other people, memorising and applying the cards to friends and family situations with no trouble whatsoever -- actually I've been told that they were very accurate and very helpful in nature. This is a beautiful deck and I think it's a nice way to get into the world of spiritual guidance, for yourself or for friends and loved ones too. They definitely spoke out to me and if they are calling for you, don't ignore it. You should only ever get cards that call out for you. Thank you!

These cards are absolutely exceptional. You can achieve great readings with them. You can use them on many levels - they look so simple and easy to use, and they are - that's one level. Now let's go deeper, most of the pictures are simple and self explanatory, but look closer and you'll unlock their deeper meanings. For example, let's take "Ascending the Mountain" - this is a picture of a person with a long road ahead of them. Ok, so let's now look at the card from a view of the Elements - the card is predominately Earth, Air and Fire.... where's the Water? - there isn't any.... So this is urging the reader to leave emotion (represented by the Water Element) out of their decision making and to "keep going forward". Now look at the colours, the foreground colours are warm oranges, the distant hill colour is white. Meaning, the road is going to get tougher the further you get as the warmth of fire disappears. So, forget the one star reviews from the people who haven't seen deeper into the cards. Hay House rarely sell rubbish and these cards are highly recommended.

If you like Denise Linn's 'Gateway Oracle' cards, I think you will enjoy these. Similar, inspirational messages but this deck feels more of a journey. Personally I like the artwork, and I've had good results with reading with this deck. I felt some of the cards were seasonal, not sure if that was intentional, but certainly there are some Christmassy cards and some very Summer ones, or at least that is how it felt to me. Attached photo of some of my favourites. Tough hard box, and the card quality was good, and non-shiny.

I love the illustrations and the quality. There is a sense of story that appeals too. I have just started to work with these cards and find them complimentary to more detailed ones. There is a sense of the overall picture here. I can't really explain why I like them so much but I do. Probably visual appeal as the booklet is very simple in its interpretations but then again, simple is best :)

An encouraging, gentle deck, yet, I am in awe of the accuracy of the answers I get with these cards. As an example, my latest question was; How should I approach the challenges ahead of me? ...the guidebook, for the very first card I turned over, advised: ‘Let go of wanting to control your future, simply turn your challenges over to your spiritual source.’. This happens all the time with these cards and guidebook! These are my favourite oracle cards! The Sacred Traveler app for iPad is awesome, too!

I love the vibe of the pictures and messages as well. It's a fantastic, gentle deck.

I think the pictures should be the only thing in the cards, the pictures are too small - and i dont like the text - I trimmed mine because of this and it was easier for the messages to flow but the cards got alot smaller in size..:/ ;P Love the artwork though!!

I'm not big into Oracle decks, and this one has such weird artwork for me. But I am so happy I got it in the end - I love how beautiful it shuffles, how great the messages are, and I really trust it now to incorporate the deck in all my readings. A great deck to have, proof that you don't need to resonate with the artwork to feel the guidance.

Ein wunderschönes Orakel-Deck, einmalig, wie alle Decks von Denise Linn. Nur die Kartenqualität ist nicht so gut, wie bei den deutschsprachigen Ausgaben. Die Karten rutschen nicht gut.

The Sacred Traveler Oracle Cards are an absolute joy. From the moment I opened the box, everything just felt… lovely. The artwork is soothing and expansive, like it’s gently encouraging you to pack a bag and trust the journey (emotionally and spiritually). The card stock deserves special praise—lovely is the perfect word. Smooth, sturdy, and satisfying to shuffle without being stiff or flimsy. These cards feel like they were made to be used often and enjoyed for a long time. The messages are clear, comforting, and surprisingly spot-on, without being preachy or overwhelming. It’s one of those decks that feels like a supportive travel companion rather than a dramatic oracle yelling destiny at you. Overall, this deck is funny in a soft, knowing way, charmingly quirky, and just plain easy to love. Five stars, no hesitation. I would definitely buy from her again—and honestly, I’m already looking.

Le figure stampate su questo deck sono letteralmente spettacolari. Rievocano atmosfere oniriche e sognanti, le descrizioni delle singole carte sono tutte in inglese, per cui bisogna almeno averne un po' di dimestichezza. Lo regalerò s chi sono certa saprà apprezzarlo perché davvero è un oggetto molto bello

I liked that the messages in this Oracle deck are so cool and amazing. These are matte good handy to shuffle n really pretty imagery Oracle deck. U get a wonderful guidebook nice box n cards nicely packed all in matte purple box. I love it it's my first Oracle cards deck. Beautiful pictures, nice messages. A bit hard to shuffle. Nice deck all in all.
