A superb case with plenty of room and cooling options.
OVERVIEW A very small M-ITX computer case which has plenty of room for a 92mm CPU fan. There was lots of rooms for additional cooling or the option to swap the 140mm front fan for a 140mm Rad instead. The case has interchangeable side panels which could be swapped around. I went for a glass panel on side and air vents on the top however it was shipped with glass panel at the top and air vents on the sides. CONTENTS Case Manual 140mm case fan 4 large rubber feet A large bag of screws Power cord SPEC This is for M-ITX only sized motherboards. ATX or MircoATX sized motherboard will not fit this case due to it small size. The case can easily fit a double sized graphics card with easy, in my setup I was able to fit a reference Palit GTX970 graphics card. There is a large 140mm case fan pre-fitted to the front of the case to help keep it cool and quiet. There was slots for 2 x 80 mm rear case fan. Please note the I did try a 120mm CPU fan but it did not fit because of the height, however I did manage to fit a 92mm fan without any issues or restrictions. On the front is 2 3.0 USB ports and a HD audio Mic and headphone jacks. OVERAL This case was prefect. The size, room and nice ideas all made this the best small case on the market 9/10

Great Mini ITX Case Cool and Spacious
This is a great case not just because it is a great price but because the case is ideal for a quiet, roomy well thought out space. I have fitted in the case a Z170I PRO GAMING Mini ITX board, Corsair CMK16GX4M2B3000C15 Vengeance LPX 16 GB although High profile would have fitted with my cooler I was happy to get low profile this time and an SSD ADATA SP550 M.2 2280 240GB plus two hard drives from a dead shuttle. The PSU I bought new was a EVGA 600 W 80+ non Modular, it cost £40 and is more than adequate, super quiet and the unused leads curled into small rings at the base. Intel Core I5-6600K Processor, the GPU is an old AMD MSI OC 7870 which will be replaced as soon as the new Nvidia 1060/70 drops to a reasonable price, I really enjoyed installing the board, its lovely quality, really well made and thought out and the case is ideal for it. Everything worked spot on from turning it on. The temps are running at 20c approx idle 40c under load no OC but I know there is plenty of scope to OC if I chose too. I'ts all cooled with a Cooler Master Seidon 120V ver.2 Liquid CPU Cooler RL-S12V-24PK-R2. I've used this cooler on a 1155 system and not too impressed with it but it's on a par with a good air system but with this chip it's great and ideal in a small case. I have also installed 2 Coolink SWIF2 80L Case fans 80 mm, they are super quiet and pull out warm air from the back of the case. I really love the 200mm fan that comes installed at the front its massive and does a great job of cooling everything down very quietly. I have one tiny niggle with it which is the reset button is in an awkward place and you have to be careful when using the USB ports that you don't reset your computer, I have done it once already it's easy to do. I am used to installing systems in towers with full-size motherboards but this was just as easy and the cooling and ventilation make this a great gaming case. Update: I have installed a Gigabyte 670 windforce 3 fan GPU since (GV-N670OC-2GD) and now it has an MSI NVIDIA GTX 970 Gaming Twin Frozr installed which is a lovely fit, the 670 was a very long card whereas the MSI is a tall card but both fitted and both ran at reasonable temps. What I have found is that the top perspex doesn't offer any ventilation so I have used a side panel from the right-hand side which is vented on the top and placed the perspex panel on the right this is where the Hard drives are so cooling is not as big an issue. This is a great solution for the whole system as the GPU cools better and as heat rises it will have a positive effect on all the components mobo, memory and CPU. This is my wife's machine so I'm limited to what she will let me change; if it was me I would drill plenty of ventilation holes in the clear perspex and use it on top as it doesn't really do anything for the aesthetics having it on the side. I am also going to see if my Gigabyte 1080GTX will fit sometime soon in the case so that when I upgrade my GPU She can have the 1080 as she has had my previous replaced cards. Although tbh I don't think that will be for another 2 years at least. However, it is a little longer than the 670 so I'm not confident it will fit, but it will be fun trying.

Extremely good case!
No doubt about it this is an extremely good quality case for the price (£34 for me). Some points that may not have been mentioned:- a) There is a very good video on Youtube. b) Comes with a large 200mm Fan at the front - not PWM, rpm fixed at 840. c) Apart from the back all the other sides are easily detachable (finger screws) making building a breeze. Not only that but the side and top panels are interchangeable, so you can move the windowed one around as you choose. d) You can fit a full length - high powered - graphic card and/or CPU cooling, but you would have to lose the 200mm fan. e) You can fit 2x3.5 drives plus 2x2.5, four in total. No room for an internal DVD. f) Standard Consiar 430W PSU fits no problem. My only disappointed was the fixed 200mm fan, would have prefer PWM but appears you would have to spend a lot more than £34 to buy one! Was this or the Coolmaster equivalent (also good imo), reasonably confident I made the right choice :)~ Update (9 months old): Still reckon this is one of the best. The only problem as originally mentioned is the 3-pin on the large front fan - I solved this by fitting a small fan controller (essentially a simple pot.). However I have since bought a second one and with an ASUS H87i mobo the front fan can be directly controlled making this a wonderfully quiet case. Almost prefect in fact! Maybe not mentioned before is that the design means there is little hassle in fitting a CPU cooler of almost any form. Something I didn't appreciate till I used a couple of other cases. Only negatives since has been the plastic feet - I bought some simple rubber ones for a few pounds- these can be easily broken and the closeness of the reset button can result in mis-hits when inserting a USB device. There is a Mark 2 version of this case than sells for £15 more (has additional grill coverings (if you switch the front fan off you'll get dust ingress from the sides), for £50 I may look for more quality in the components.

I chose this case somewhat in a rush. I've been away from PC building for around 10 years and I wanted to quickly place an order the same day due to a problem with my system. I'm glad to say that, even with just a few minutes research I'm sure I chose the best case for me. I wanted something small, but not cramped and a bit distinctive looking, to sit on my desk without using too much spare or looking ugly. As I only have a very simple build (Motherboard etc, one HDD, no extra fans, stock AMD cooler) this case gives my system loads of room to keep cool and space for as much expansion as a mini-ITX would ever need. Pluses: SUPER-easy to build in, with all the removable panels. The inner frame feels quite sturdy. Looks very nice (subjective, I know). The big front fan is very quiet and shifts a lot of air even at 40% speed. Stays very cool, even with no additional fans as the holes in the panels are large (without being too large). The dust covers inside the front panel and over the PSU intake work well and there's plenty of clearance underneath for PSU airflow. Minuses: Some of the thumb-screws aren't very easy to fit - they feel a bit 'cheap' quality and cross-tread easily. The side panels are thin and very slightly loose. They don't rattle or vibrate with system use, but do if I tap on them. The PSU can only be mounted fan-down as there're no holes for airflow between it and the motherboard area. There aren't too many places to tie cables. A few more 'eyes' around the inside of the case would be nice. Mine ended up tied to the empty drive-bays and around the outside of the motherboard shelf, which isn't ideal. The side-panel LED's are very bright so I can't have the computer in 'sleep' mode at night as it's close to where I sleep and they flash and distract me. The case is small enough, but (for me) could actually be about 2cm smaller in each dimension and everything would still fit. I wish the Thermaltake badge on the front could be rotated or easily removed (as on the V21). The fact that the panels are all interchangeable (including the base) means I could mount the system rotated 90 degrees, with the control panel on top, but it looks odd with the badge sideways. In the end, after searching through other Mini-ITX cases, I'm convinced I bought the right one - I REALLY like it, but I would kind of prefer a more 'premium' version of this one. I'd happily pay even DOUBLE the price for better quality materials (thicker panels, better captive thumb-screws and glass rather than Perspex) and a few of the additional features found on more expensive cases. How about launching a premium range Thermaltake?

The case is ok, but it's abit larger than expected, and even if it's big it doesn't allow for more room, poorly design.
