Natural Diosgenin Gel extra strong 100 ml - 64% diosgenin - 80% yam extract - in the menopause

I started to use this as I didnt want chemical oestrogen and I felt the changes in weeks. More energy, and back to pre menopause body. I take it along with progesterone and it seems to be working. I am 62.

This actually works! I used to have practically continous hot flushes which were really unbearable. I started using this gel, putting some on one inner elbow and rubbing in with the other (near enough). I must admit, it says a pea-sized amount, but I use a tad more than that. I do this first thing a.m. and last thing p.m. The hot flushes reduced after a few days after i first used it. After a couple of weeks I had one maybe every other day. I've been using this for about 2 years now and I very, very rarely have a hot flush. This gives me more time to worry about the other menopausal symptoms (enter eyeroll emoji here) and if anyone knows how to shift this belly that seemingly appeared overnight, I'm listening. I once ran out for a while, and didn't get round to replacing it. What a mistake! Within a week or so the flushes were back. I've been careful not to run out since. I know it's expensive but try it. I always buy 2 at a time and keep an eye on stock.

I have been using for a month now and the hot flushes have reduced immensely. I would highly recommend but make sure you are consistent as I almost gave up the first week. So thankful that I kept on!

This is my second time buying. But the product is different. First time it was thick gel and had a strong smell. It worked great for my menopause symptoms This time it’s very runny and like water. Has no smell and not working at all. Very disappointed

Had many symptoms if estrogen dominace. Been using this for a while and it seems to help. GP wouldn't give me HRT this is wild yam so a natural form of HRT.

Aún no estoy en menopauza, pero este crema me ayudo en bajar un tipo de estrés/pánico que sentí por la carretera, y me ha reanimado el libido, que lo tuvo en zero 🤭 Es un gel. También he usado la crema wild yam cream de la misma marca, y por cremosidad prefiero la crema ♡ pero tienen el mismo función genial ♡ Usar por 3 semanas enseguidas, luego tomas una semana de descanso (es la cuando te empiezan las reglas, o sea día uno de tu ciclo. Si no tienes mas la regla, elige una semana al mes, por ejemplo la primera o la ulyims, para tomar la pauza). En las 3 semanas que al mes que usas la crema/ el gel, lo usas por la mañana y la noche, un tamaño de avellana, cambiando cada vez entre masajeando sobre cuello, pecho, barriga, interior del muslo... Ten fe, a mi me funcionó claramente tras una semana ♡
