Amazing stuff

No alcohol
I love buttercup syrup. It tastes great and is brilliant for sore throats and coughs. I always like to have a bottle in my medicine cupboard. I grew up with this syrup. My parents always had a bottle in. I highly recommend it and the fact it is none drowsy is a bonus. It does NOT contain alcohol which is brilliant for me as I'm allergic to alcohol.

Great for a little cough or sore throat
I have bought this a couple of times, as I get sore throats all the time, so this has been great. I have been able to have a little slurp at night when I feel the itch in the back of my throat and wake up feeling okay, so far s good, last year I had already had tonsillitis 3 times by this point in the year, I haven't had it once yet this year. I don't think its all down to the butter cup but its saved some irritation at least.

Best cough mixture around.
So useful, it was used in Occupational Health Department of Marconi for years as the go to cough syrup. Help a sore throat too with just a sip. Great stuff to have handy.

The old faithful Buttercup Syrup
Since I was a child in the fifties and sixties, my mam gave us Buttercup Syrup for coughs and sore throats. Still tastes the same, but costs a lot more!

This is the only thing that I find works when I have a cough or cold. I used it all the time when I lived in the UK but was upset to find I couldn't buy it here in the USA. Thank goodness I found it on here so I could still get it. Postage was reasonable and items arrived super fast. Has a long expiry so I can keep it in my medicine cabinet for future use. Really great product, especially if like me you are looking for something without all the nasty ingredients.
