Pocket Oxford Dictionary and Thesaurus

Haha it doesn't fit in my pocket. It's for my nephew for school and it's this model number they want . Why does it day pocket lol

This book is solid with helpful knowledge, skills and a helpful thesaurus to provide alternatives. When given lemons, make lemonade and this book will help you do this. My only negative remark about this book is to say this is no pocket book, as it's about the same size as a C5 envelope and it's thick but this is splitting hairs.

Just what my daughter was after, not pocket sized just a perfect size.

This book is easy to use and has an extensive selection of words. However, it is a brick. It is smaller than a 'non pocket' dictionary but don't be fooled into thinking it is small. You WILL need a bag if you want to carry this around.

Great dictionary for kids and adults. I got this for my 11 year old son so he can use it for school and it's the perfect size as not too big.

this and other oxford are for gifts for twins, tell them to learn a new word every day, and that a Dic/Thes,make good 'coffee table books, open book up any page and you will find something interesting

My secondary child loves it

The dictionary is pretty cool, even though it's a bit too big, but it is full of what is promises.

Una risorsa maneggevole e pratica per chi vuole arricchire il proprio vocabolario: a differenza del semplice Thesaurus, questo è anche dizionario, quindi riporta anche una breve definizione del termine. Di tanto in tanto si trovano piccoli suggerimenti anche su termini che spesso vengono confusi tra loro (come infer e imply). La sezione centrale è un'appendice tematica. Peccato che manchi la pronuncia.
