I would like to think it is doing good work on the inside, but I cannot say I felt flatter. Bought a few times and I used for general gut care.

Honestly amazing. My stomach was bloated for quite some time. I had on and off heartburn. Just generally felt rubbish. I bought these because of some of the reviews. They were amazing. I think I had gas stick in my stomach as my tummy was bloated up 2 clothes sizes. By the end of the week, the difference was amazing. I do still have the on and off heartburn but my stomach issue has been sorted. Will take this every 6 weeks to keep on top of everything or just keep a box on stand by. There is practically no flavour at all, a bit like potato starch. Drank it to problem. It doesn't always dissolve but it does work, so not fussed about that really. 5 stars for sure. I lost 2 kgs but unsure if it was to do with stored gas etc but was pleased anyway. Tgat was 6 weeks ago and gas stayed off. My friend tried it for meno belly and was also pleasantly surprised after telling me it was probably rubbish. Shebus very happy. I think the stomach needs a prebiotic/prebiotic from time to time to align it. If in doubt, definitely give it a go.

dissolves weirdly, bad taste. not worth value of money

After being bent double laughing at someone's review of this product on Amazon and the far-reaching impact it had on his digestive system, I decided to give it a go. My diet isn't the best, so having something like this to help digestion is ideal. I took the sachets as directed for one week and, although initially I felt a bit more bloated than usual (according to the information with the pack, this can happen when you use the product for the first time) by the end of the week I felt that my stomach was indeed flatter. I've now ordered a month's worth of the product, but will only take for one week out of every 4. I will be ordering this product in future.
