These capsules are very convenient. I can't tell if they actually make it down to your stomach intact but I can say they calm down an upset stomach. At least for me. No negative effects at all. A little Backing Soda is good for your kidneys and at my age I can use all the help I can get (60 at the time of this review). I would not hesitate to buy this brand again. It's not the least expensive but it's only a couple bucks more than the real inexpensive ones and I feel it's good value for money..

The product is very good no side effects and I could swallow the pill. It comes in capsule form.

My eGFR was below 59 and has been for years. I've taken one capsule of Sodium Bicarb for the last 120 days and recently my number was 61. I haven't changed my eating habits at all. The last 2 blood work results have been 60 and now 61. I will continue taking this, as it seems to help. Also, my blood pressure readings are still good.

Just what I needed. Pharmacies in my area did not stock 650mg of Sodium Bicarbonate so I had to turn to Amazon. They supplied them and I found them easily. The only drawback I have is they were so expensive.
