This unit is exactly what we needed for the small space we have in our laundry room. It arrived in perfect condition and fits perfectly. The machine has plenty of amenities and is easy to install (remember that you need to buy the dryer power cord, water connecting hoses, and the dryer vent ducting separately). DIY setup is easy or you can pay for the delivery guys to set everything up for you (NOTE: if you want them to install the unit for you, make sure to: (1) Tell the shipper ahead of time so they can schedule the extra time it will take them to install it, and (2) make sure you purchase the items listed above beforehand so that the installers have everything they need when they arrive with your unit). Another note: if you opt for just the standard delivery, the delivery guys will open the box so that you can inspect the unit, and they will place it in the room of your choice. However, they do not take the empty box with them for disposal. So, your kids can make a fort or something out of it, or, if they already have a fort, they can use the empty box for a watch tower. This Washer actually came from Tanner Appliances, and we couldn't be happier with the phenomenal job they did with our purchase. They were always professional, responsive, and tremendously helpful every time I called. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I would like to retract my previous review of this appliance. It was vibrating and generating a lot of noises because the transport rods were not removed completely. After removing the rods, it works very well. Very clean washing and very good drying.

It was so easy to use that we didn't need to read the instructions before we started doing laundry.

I’ve only had for 3 months and the dryer already stopped working.
