Difficult for first one but definitely worth it.
First one I have done. A bit fiddly at first and definitely requires the tools. Once I’d got into it it got a lot quicker and easier. Read the instructions and go in the right order. I had to go back twice cause I missed a bit. For a first try I think it went pretty well. Took about 5 hours.

very small
Delivery was very quick, but it is a lot smaller than i thought it would be, but sure my husband will enjoy putting it together.

Fiddly but fun.
Fiddly but the recipient loves it and actually appreciates that it can be done bit by bit over a period of time and isn’t completed too quickly. Would buy more metal earth products. Makes a great gift for an adult who loves model making and aircrafts!

Look great when finished but you need the patience's of a saint
Having seen these in a display case in the States I though they looked fantastic so I got some when I came home. Be warned for these you need the patience's of a saint, a few hours to spare and the right tools. Knowing what I know now I wouldn't start with the Apache which is quite detailed and the instructions aren't up to airfix standard, I'd start with the Enterprise much less complicated and you learn tricks as you go . It's not quite "Simply pop out the pieces and connect them using the tabs and holes" These are flat pieces of metal that you need to bend, roll or twist. Some of the pieces are incredibly small so great if you have the hands of a child but not quite so for a ham fisted middle aged bloke. I purchased a magnifying glass on a stand to do these. I have added some pictures of 3 I've done to give you an idea of how complex they are -- Remember they all started flat.

Do you have tiny robot hands? If yes you should buy this. Humans should avoid
Its a lovely idea and if you are very lucky, skilled, patient and have robot hands the size of an ant, you will end up with the model in the picture. For mere mortals with stupid human hands you will read the instructions closely, follow them and then realise the order they tell you to fold the tiny bits of metal is wrong. You will then unfold a bit to redo what the instructions didn't tell you to do before beginning and at some point, a weak folded tiny piece will snap and then the whole thing is over, binned (unless you are happy with one wing or engine) Happened to me on one of the rocket pods halfway through, several hours wasted. If your lucky enough to build one successfully and it looks anything like the picture then Im sure it looks great as the pieces are exquisitely laser cut pieces full of detail but they are simply too small. Even using needle nose pliers, all but the most skilled wont reach the end without breaking something. And even the most skilled have a fair chance of disaster. Great idea, but maybe reaching too far.

Awesome model!
Awesome model!!! It is not for beginners tho, it took me several hours to build it, unlike some of the others around. However the pieces are less likely to break than in other models, and some of them have various copies in case you need a second chance. The result is astonishing! Definetly one of my favs! ps: the propeller rotates ;)

Great but they are fiddly
Love these models. This was my first, they are fiddly and you have to be careful not to bend anything the wrong way as you can't bend them too often before something breaks. I have 11 of these things now!

Don’t buy
Really bad quality. Cannot get my feet in to narrow. Plastic made awful

It’s an amazing model the blades on top also spin when done correctly, I am still a beginner but with enough patience I was able to complete the model, it goes really well with the rest of the models I have. I would recommend getting an easier one for beginners so you can practice the techniques first.

Das Set ist eher was für Einsteiger, aber es macht Spaß zu bauen und sieht super aus.
