This is a great product. Made my red velvet cupcakes look divine and didn’t affect the taste. Only needed 2 tspn for 24 cupcakes and it worked its magic, the red is so vibrant

Great food colouring, gives great colour to velvet cake. Some other high street brands loose colour when baked. Worth the money.

Plus: very good red dye, nice strong vibrant colour. Not needing to use much. Negatives: use carefully while using, will stay on fingers for some time but will eventually go away with a few washes. They baked goods may also leave a red stain (as it did on my friend’s lips and he complained he looked liked he was wearing lipstick. Though I think the colour suited him but 😂)

Amazing colours and doesnt distort the flavouring of the butter cream when used correctly absolutely adore the strong pigments of sugarflair products coupled with immersion blender method you get the most out of the colour. i used the extra red for the brighter top and extra black for the black then a bit of both to make the darker red middle.

I have used this for the first time today on a recommendation from a cake blogger (J'sP) and this has given the most gorgeous colour for my first ever red velvet cake. Looks absolutely delicious 😋 2 teaspoons was plenty for a 4 sponge cake so although the product is pricey, it will last a long time
