This is a wonderful honey. Please see photos It is very dark and rich, with a most pleasant distinctive smell. We have never known the Black Forest Honeydew Honey to crystallise in the jar, it has always remained as liquid at the end as it was at at the start. With it having such a thick texture it is lovely to just eat from a spoon, being aware that many nutrients in honey can be destroyed at higher temperatures. It does spread easily, my wife preferring it spread over her toast. It is not overly sweet. Pure, unheated and not processed, everything you would want from a honey at a very good price. Very much recommended, most enjoyable.

This is a lovely sweet fine honey. It's ready to eat on toast and actually beautifully clear and dark. Will buy again.

Brilliant product lovely taste

This is a single source honey and has a lovely taste to it. BUT in this case it’s not runny, it’s a soft solid. Even leaving it in a warm place (top of a radiator) it still stays solid. But disappointed in that aspect as I like to drizzle it over my food, now I use it as a dollop of honey on side of plate (like a sauce). Looking at reviews consistency is a failure, so just dropped a star. It’s recommended for taste!

I really liked this honey and have just ordered a second lot. I looked at many different organic raw honeys before choosing this one and I’m completely happy with my purchase. I decided on the herbal honey out of the different varieties they offer and it has a lovely taste. I like the idea that the bees have had access to so many plants in a pristine environment, and also that the producers only use honey from their own beehives and don’t mix it with other products in order to extend their capacity. The honey is unpasteurised and coldpressed, which is great. It was thick and crystallised, which I really like, but on the occasions that I needed it to be runny, I warmed it very slightly and it was runny within seconds. The size is good as it lasted a long time and is very good value in my opinion for raw organic honey. I look forward to trying some of their other varieties of honey soon. Highly recommend this product.

Arrived swiftly and very well packaged. Smell, flavour and texture of the honey are excellent and the colour is as shown on the pictures. Would order it again.
