Bad unit, worse customer service
Worked for 1 shower, then the mixer failed, delivering only icy cold water. We had a professional paid plumber do the installation, including adjust our water pressure to 60psi. First shower delivered hot water. Next shower was an eye opener. We informed the supplier of the issue, and asked for technical assistance. We'd rather not have to pay for another plumber visit, and hoped it would be something / anything we could address ourselves. Their response: "You have 3 days where you can still return it". No, the plumber is booked out for 2 weeks. Do NOT get his unit. Save yourself the time, money and the frustration of their incredibly poor customer service experiences.

Scaldless free showers
It surges temperatures a bit when restarting the showerhead but it's nothing to complain about. Now that I know I will not be froze out or burnt up, it makes showering so much better. I had to make a new cover plate to close off the hole that the old shower faucet used, I bought a cheap, thin white plastic cutting board and shaped it with a jig saw and a sander. Drill the holes so that the water connection side of the angled fittings are screwed into the plastic making them water tight. I had to add washers to the RV fittings to get them to seal up. No problem and it looks great as well.

We haven't used this for long yet, but it looks and performs great!

Buyer Beware
May not fit precisely, but a minor adjustment perhaps can be made on existing pipes to allow fitment of the faucet. Otherwise, extensive modification may be needed to the wall.

Difficult to install only lasted a year. Great when it worked
