Posca Pens are some of the best paint pens on the market. This set is a really great set for a Posca beginner. Nice colours (true to package) and good bib size. When you get your pens, you need to shake them. You hear the little mixer ball when you do so. Then you turn it onto a piece of paper and pump the nibs several times to get the ink flowing. You will literally see your nib turn colour. The only issue I have with Posca markers is that I need to replace them often and sometimes the dry out or get clogged. There are a lot of tutorials out there that will give you tips to keep them fresh though. They are a really fun art medium and there are so many uses. You won’t regret it

Amazing! Works for everything

My mother is an artist (painter) and says these are the absolutely best paint markers for signing artwork. I purchased these for our art teacher at school and she was so excited because she has never had Posca but has heard they are great markers. I have some myself and they last a long time and write smooth.

Others have said these markers arrive dry. Perhaps it isnt clear that these are paint-filled markers. They need to be conditioned. Shake the marker. You will hear the ball inside.. Gently but firmly depress the nib down repeatedly until the paint comes through. It takes a few times. Then the colour flows in. Vibrant nice colours.

Bought and used these for painting rocks, great quality, vibrant colours, just use mod podge or PVA to protect afterward and should last for quite some time. Only downside is quite expensive!
