Lindens Lecithin 1200mg Capsules | 90 Pack | Rich Source of Choline contributes to Normal Liver Function

I've been using this product because I've recently been diagnosed with non alcoholic fatty liver disease. Since taking this product I have not had any of the pains in my liver but I am yet to see my specialist Dr again to see if my levels have dropped. The capsules are quite large but I don't have a problem swallowing them as they are a liquid capsule. I don't that they have a flavour at all and wouldn't say the flavour repeats on me after I've taken it like some liquid capsules do. I take just one a day. I am running out of these and will be ordering more soon.

Really does seem to help the liver.

I like the product and it works fine but in my pack there was a broken capsule which has covered all the other capsules in a thin film of the contents of the capsules. It wouldn't put me off from ordering again as I'm sure it's just a one time event but it's a little unpleasant when I go to take them.

Ordered cause I'd seen online about using for blocked ducts... what a life saver and has also saved my breastfeeding journey. If I feel like I'm getting a blocked duct I just take maybe 3 of these in the morning and the blockage is gone by night. The tablets are big though so takes some encouragement to swallow them but they really work.

Product arrived promptly and good quality as expected by this brand so no issues there. I took it for issues I was having with blocked milk ducts whilst breastfeeding but within days my poor baby had developed a horrible rash all over his chest, stomach and arms. Since this was the only change I had made I stopped taking it and within days the rash has started to subside, my baby is allergic to the high levels of soy that this product is made from. x

I bought this as I read it helps with clogged milk ducts...worked for me!

Worked brilliantly for my blocked milk ducts. Would pop 2 pills when I felt like I had a blockage and with the next feed they would unblock. With this product I was able to carry on breastfeeding as I was being blocked about 3 times a week!

It should be make clear that this is lecithin from soya. It is not referred to in the title or the product description. Cheap product.
