High quality
Once you get the general technique it really foes come back and is a lot of fun (though isn't 100% accurate so a little work is required if you want to catch it) properly the best boomerang iv tried. Though goes a long way so be prepared to collect it whilst perfecting your technique haha Well worth the money 💰 good fun.

Actually works!
This works to such an extent that I lost the first one as I threw it only for it to come flying past and into a house on the edge of the park. Only use it in a giant space or it will belong to someone else pretty quickly. Get the hang of it and it’s brilliant fun for adults and kids alike. Watch out, it has some pace and it hurts when it hits you on its return journey.

Another good one from Aerobie
Had a Pro version of the round Aerobie that we've had great fun with for years and have found very robust. Thought we'd try out a boomerang version; this is great fun but requires some practice to throw right and can go way off target if the wind is high! Haven't managed to get it to return right to where we launched it but maybe that's an issue of practice. My one critcism is that it could perhaps do with being a little larger and heavier for more momentum but good fun. Main advice for this is make sure you have plenty of open room and no trees or high hedges nearby!

Love it - seriously, this will be my next hobby
Had an aerobie pro when I was young and loved it, then at school a friend introduced me to the aerobie sprint (basically a smaller version of the aweobie that doesn't end up in the trees quite as fast). Bought both again last week and again am impressed by how far these thins can go. Only problem, my daughter is too young and my wife not really interested and playing frisbie by yourself is somewhat dull.... I remembered that I also at some point had an aerobie boomerang. I was going to buy another brand as I remember I could never really make it work, but after a bit of research found it was the best selling boomerang in the world... apparently (maybe simple marketing worked its wonders on me). It arrived today and like a little child tried it out at a football field. First throw went straight to ground, second one way too high and after that it was fairly constant. Cought maybe 1/10 tries but this was certainly the first time I ever cought a boomerang. Very happy with it and thought I'd share my enthusiasm while it lasts... You can amend the flight a little by bending the wings but this needs a big field of open space, is flying really fast and very close to the ground for most of the time. It is rubberised so should not chop heads off but it's not a backyard toy either. I am confident I will have heaps of fun with it (until it ends up in a tree - like all aerobie products do at some point). Recommend it for mature enough ppl.

my bommerang didn't come back
I bought this for mixed aged grandchildren below the age of 13 years - and of course myself. It certainly flies but not necessarily in an U shaped orbit. The instructions refer to 'tuning' it by bending the wing tips. What makes the flyer rigid is a wire core - something like a metal clothes hanger gauge - but it wasn't clear how much of this you had to bend which in itself wasn't that easy. Anyway over a period of a week I had a job getting it to come back so it kept me fit but we nearly lost it a couple of times as a consequence. A video of how to throw and tune it would be useful - and of course to show that it actually does work - so only an average score. I suspect this requires a lot of practise and probably therefore is more suitable for older teenagers upwards. If anyone can recommend an easier robust throwing object that does come back relatively easily then I would be pleased to hear from them.

superb
My first foray into bommerangs i bought this and the BOOMA but the Aerobie is hands down the best. I got a full return on only my 4th throw. Lots of fun, highly recommend ! Love the flight path stages, if you can get the 3rd part of motion correct it's beautiful when it arrives back to you !

Puppy Loves it
Arrived 1 and a half days after ordering (1 week before due delivery) using standard delivery. Reasonably priced, not sure how long its going to last but my puppy is going to love it. My dog did have a Frisbee (bought from a pet shop) and she loved playing with it, because of its robust plastic it made her gums bleed - the Frisbee had to go. A few weeks ago my puppy met a friend at the dog park who had an Aerobie, the owners have never had a problem with it, recommended it and gave my puppy a spare. That was a few ago, we have had endless fun with it and no injuries so I got my puppy her very own Aerobie boomerang for her upcoming birthday. Its soft around the edges making it safer for my dog than most of those being sold for dogs.

Novel Boomerang
This is great fun. It's not quite a boomerang, because it does more than just come back. It goes round and round several times (if you throw it right) before it comes back. I'm not very good at getting it do what it should do, but my partner got the hang of it pretty quickly. Be warned - you need a lot of space, e.g. a big field as it can go a long, long way. Don't use it in high winds. Also, even if you think you are throwing it in the same way each time, it's journey can be quite unpredictable. But I would recommend it as a new alternative to the frisbee.

I had one of these as a child and had a lot of fun with it. Now I have kids of my own I was glad to see you can still get these. This boomerang is great! It's hard to get a perfect throw every time, so be prepared to run a lot to catch it or fetch it from the ground. It really does come back when you get the right throwing angle and speed! You need a large open area for this because it travels at least 150-200 feet. The triangular shape makes it easy to get stuck in trees, so use common sense. I got it stuck one time but managed to rescue it by throwing sticks at it until it got knocked down! The flight pattern of this boomerang is not a perfect arc like you might expect; it goes towards the ground, sweeps around to the left and up high, then curves right and down as you (hopefully!) catch it. For less than $10, this is a very fun toy that really works and will get you some exercise. It's a bargain. Buy one and have fun with it! It will take some trial and error to get the hang of it, but the thrill of getting a catch is worth all the effort!

First of all, make sure you order the Aerobie Orbiter that's made in the USA and not in China as the US one is definitely superior quality. Read the instructions on the back of the packaging to learn the proper technique of throwing it or watch some YouTube videos that demonstrate how to do so. There's a YouTube instructional video by the inventor of the Orbiter. It will definitely come back to you when thrown properly but you'll most likely have to move or run around a bit to try and catch it as the wind can alter the flight path at times. It's a great alternative to the Aerobie Pro Ring when you don't have someone else to play with and you'll still get a good workout at the same time. My personal best for throw and catch is 8 in a row but I also like to throw it hard which makes it fly further out but then harder to judge the catching location. I think it's a fantastic activity and product. :)
