Have this set up to a Google home controlled socket so I can unlock the lock when it's powered on just make sure to power it back off when you are done some smart plugs have a setting that will automatically turn off power after custom amount of time minimum 1min it will turn off. Wouldn't like to leave this powered for one minute haven't tried yet might get too hot as other reviews said. . It's a simple setup but it works. It's fail secure so no power it remains locked which works perfectly for what I need it for. Seems strong no issues with missing parts or anything like in other reviews. Very happy with it for the price. Updated 2 years later. Lock snapped after the gate blew in the wind and slammed shut. Metal seems like a weak cast iron. Will go to local engineering company and get them to make a stronger one to replace it.

Used this to replace a badly worn unit on an Access Control Keypad Entry door, they’re always a little fiddly, slightly different fit, etc, but once fitted correctly, works as it should

Not a C unit, on description says one can have AC or DC, when asked how to order a DC unit rather than AC. When asked - told it is a C unit, This is not a DC unit.

We purchased this to accompany an intercom access control unit. The latch that came with the access control kit we purchased was a little bit too chunky for the application we have. This latch, with a slimmer depth and flush design fitted the bill far better. Installation was easy, although there were no written instructions supplied. There are literally two screws on the reverse side of the latch. We were able to utilise the wiring diagram with our other kit but to be fair you can't get it wrong, with a basic understanding of wiring. In terms of reliability... we've fitted this latch into a commercial setting and has been in service for 3 weeks now - without incident. Long term reliability remains to be seen.

Da la sensación de un producto de calidad, funciona bien, y además tiene "memoria" - queda desbloquedada después de darle al interruptor. También tiene posición de desbloqueo permanente. Me sorprendió lo fácil que era de montar, la chapa tiene buena terminación y además se le puede agujerear con faciliadad (con taladro), para provechar los agujeros de la anterior cerradura. Dudaba mucho si iba a tener las dimensiones correctas, sí está bien - lo importante es la distancia entre los tornillos que fijan el mecanismo a la chapa, ya que se puede reutilizar la chapa de la cerradura anterior. Totalmente estandar, tanto esos tornillos como el largo y ancho.

Wir haben diesen Türöffner zusammen mit einer der Extel Gegensprechanlage BUS PRO 2, gekauft, da man diese am besten mit einem Türöffner betreibt, was auch TipTop zusammen funktioniert. Die Zustellung erfolgte sehr schnell und es war auch alles gut verpackt. Mein Mann konnte den Türöffner auch ohne Probleme einbauen, er hat Normmasse. Wie gesagt alles funktioniert wunderbar und was mich am meisten gefreut hat unser Baumarkt führt auch solche Türöffner aber zum mehr als doppelten Preis und diese sind nicht von Exctel. Also rundherum zufrieden
