Item arrived much quicker than the 5-week delivery date I was given. The box that it arrived in was battered but fortunately the solder was undamaged and he’s lovely. Much better made than what I was expecting, given the cost of it.

I loved these soldiers and I got them to go either side of my fireplace for xmas and they look fantastic.

Item was nice but unfortunately broken in transit. Contacted seller and have no complaints at all with customer service. Recvd discount and fixed item at home with bit of glue. Very happy, was going to give as gift but under circumstances kept for myself.

I have only given 3 stars because my sister has better ones and when this arrived the head was completely off and I had to glue it back on.

The nutcracker was broken. The head was broken off so I would like to send it back and order a new one please. Thank you.

The product arrived a lot earlier than expected and was such good quality. Much better than the picture on the post!

Liked the actual product but was disappointed that it was damaged.There was no packing around the product just the box in a plastic postage bag.There was a jagged crack around the top of the boots of the Nutcracker Soldier.

Pretty decent quality. Took 4 weeks to arrive from China but arrive it did so I'm happy.
