Gilchrist & Soames Shampoo (Zero% Collection Shampoo, 15.5oz)

Package came very quickly, packing was great. Bottle was secured so the spout would not come open and I wouldn’t lose product. Product smells amazing, price point was great as well. I’ve paid much more for the same product thru other venues. This shampoo is top notch, leaves my hair feeling fresh, light and clean. Does not dry out my hair. Discovered it thru a high end hotel in Lake Placid. Happy I could find it thru this seller!

Great product! I'm from Argentina and I asked Gemini and chatGPT the right product for my hair and they both said this shampoo. As it's difficult to import goods in Argentina, I never tried it until I visited NY, because the hotel I went to has it. I tried and my hair never looked better. Love it

Used this shampoo while staying at a Hilton Hotel. I loved it. I found it on Amazon and have been using it since. This shampoo lathers well, lovely scent, leaves hair soft yet with body. Didn’t need to use conditioner. I shampoo every other day and this shampoo does not dry out my hair or scalp. Love it!

I travel often and the hotel I stay at had this product. My hair never felt better! The bottle is on the small side for the price but I feel like its worth it. It smells wonderful. Don’t expect it to lather up much but Im very happy with how my hair feels after using it

The shampoo itself is good, it was my fault for not reading how small the bottles were. Very expensive for the value. Smells nice, does a nice job with my hair but I won’t be purchasing again.

Got softer hair

I had used this shampoo before… I had discovered it while staying at the Hilton. It was great. But then I tracked shampoo here finally. I bought four products from them. But the shampoo is not the same shampoo I used at the Hilton. It’s horrible. It’s like washing my hair with hand soap..it leaves a sticky residue on my hair. …just like hand soap does. Can’t return it. Now I am wondering if seller might have filled the shampoo bottle with hand soap? There’s no way to contact seller alross about this issue. None…zip. So now Amazon said they would give me a partial refund of $19 of the $29 I have wasted… then I didn’t receive it so I called Amazon customer care and they claim they refunded me $12. Amazon is the only platform I use to buy EVERYTHING..but if I am going to be treated in this manner I am canceling all subscriptions and deleting Amazon app. I am over it. No more!

Like the product but it was just thrown in the Amazon box causing it to open during shipment leaking all in the box. Need some padding in the packaging so the bottle doesn’t bounce around and open during shipment.
