Love it and it's so healthy too!
A very healthy alternative to porridge and other breakfasts. Getting rid of the killer grains. Mixed with mineral water not tap water is even better. Don't add dairy milk add coconut milk for an even better healthy breakfast. Very low carb and no need to put fruit in it to make it's carb value worse. Just eat it and enjoy the nutrition. so quick to prepare as well. I know it appears expensive to some but it certainly is worth the money to make you feel well again.

Healthy alternative to porridge and cereals
I love Heba. Nut, no gluten. Feel full for ages even though I only use 2 spoons in my yoghurt. Great replacement for porridge. Pity it works out so expensive making it a treat rather than a necessity
