A cute, fun, light puzzle game that's really well made
Snipperclips is a super cute physics puzzle game. This Plus version is the original Sniper Clips with 30 more levels and some options to try and make it fun to replay levels. The original game had 45 normal levels and then around 20 party levels. If you have the original, you should add the "plus" part as a $10 DLC instead of buying this. I ordered this from Amazon for a gift and I bought the download version for myself. Amazon hasn't even shipped it yet, but I've played both parts of the download version. I bought the first part and then added the Plus part which is the same thing as having the Plus cartridge. My wife and I played through the original Snipperclips a few months ago. I tend to be demanding and she tends to be frustrated if we try to play co-op, so I was pleasantly surprised with how well this worked. I think the laid back atmosphere and the easy level reset really helped this be an enjoyable experience for both of us. The lack of a timer helped too. We explored the levels and experimented with solutions and had a lot of fun. We got through the original in two or three sessions of play. The gameplay is simple, but hard to explain in text. You have these two U shaped shapes with legs and eyes and funny expressions. You control one, and your friend controls the other. You CAN do this single player, but I would NOT want to--I just think it's fun to play this with someone!!! If both of you get close to each other and overlap, one of you can cut out the overlap from the other character. So basically, you can cut each other up as though you were made of paper. The goal is to cut yourselves into shapes that will let you solve physics based puzzles. In an early puzzle, you need to carry a ball to a basket. There are other solutions, but the easy one is to cut one of the character's flat head to be a concave bowl so you can carry the ball on the character's head. If you need a better explanation, go to youtube and watch a video--but it's really fun! Then I played with my kids and my kids played together. There was a lot of laughter and a little frustration. For the most part, they had a lot of fun. They needed a little help here and there, but they found some very creative solutions on their own. After that we played the 4 player and multiplayer options. It was a good way for the family to play together. The battle mode was nothing more that a quick diversion, so it's certainly not a big draw. But the 4 player levels are really good for families because it's often two pairs doing the same thing at different places in the level. When my wife and I figure out half, it shows the kids what they need to do and then watching them struggle through it is pretty funny... I love it when kids can laugh at themselves without malice. :) Then today, just the wife and I played through the new 30 levels that make this Snipperclips Plus. My wife and I are a Snipperclips machine by now, so we went through them in less than two hours. But it was more enjoyable than the last movie we watched in the theater and we payed like $45 for that! Over the weekend, we'll play these with the kids. I think the extra levels are definitely worth it. I would rather have an enjoyable short time than a stretched out long time. If you haven't played Snipperclips at all, this Plus version is the way to go. If you already own the digital version of Snipperclips, you can add the Plus levels as DLC. Either way, I really suggest you play it. It's a diversion, but it's worth playing.

Great puzzle game for kids!
My girls both love this game! I love that it requires problem solving and they get to play together. They are 7 and 9 and this was a great difficulty level for them, and it was entertaining. They do not feel like they are doing anything academic!

Absolutely adorable game. The graphics are colourful and unique
Absolutely adorable game. The graphics are colourful and unique, and the gameplay itself is an absolute blast. While it is possible to play this game solo, it gets exponentially more fun the more people you have join in. Cheers, wails, and shouts are a common sound to hear wherever this game is being played, and I absolutely love the energy that this game is able to create with its players. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic local multiplayer game.

A great game with people
I would instantly recommend this game for anyone in a family who all enjoy playing games. or if you have a few friends that you can play with. I have not played it by myself but from what I have seen and played it is not recommended for a single player.

So dumb looking it's actually good!
So technically I don't really play this game. My kids seem to love it. In a way I really like watching him play it cuz it's one of the few games I've seen where it actually makes them work together and not against each other. This is a rare rare thing in gaming especially now a days. When I first was introduced to it by my youngest. I thought it was the dumbest looking thing I've ever seen. Watching them play it I see that it actually has a lot of play ability. Not only that it's uniquely clever. The ideal of happening cut and snip so that you can come up with ways to do a puzzle. It's almost genius that someone came up with this game. Overall if you're into letting your kids play games but you don't want them playing violent games I recommend this 100%.

Teamwork make the Dream Work....
I am not a gamer... I struggle with the "jumping through fire pits" on the Mario ColorSplash Games. But, my 8 year old insists that I play the Switch with him. This game is more my speed. No rushing or extreme hand, eye & controller coordination to complete a world. No fire pits, just critical thinking, logic and patience are needed to play this game. My child gets extremely stressed when we cannot complete a task quickly, and I just sit back try to figure it out. We talk it through, and try different ways to solve the puzzle. Sometimes the solution pulls in knowledge learned from solving previous levels we have completed. Sometime we just attack each other with the snipping feature and regenerate until the laughter is back and the frustration is gone.
