Functions just fine, as a cable should.

Using this to connect my Ableton Move to external synths (Behringer CAT & Sonicware Liven Evoke). This is my first foray into hardware synths, and my experience with this USB interface from CME has been wonderful so far. Looking forward to trying more of their products in the future! Build quality is better than I expected for the price, and I imagine I will get a lot of use out of it. The USB connector seems a bit loose in the port on the Move (Could be the Move's port), but it has never given me any issues over the past month. The midi connectors are nice and snug on both of my devices. The USB converter lights up green when a signal is being communicated, which is helpful for if I ever need to troubleshoot. Cord length is more than enough for my small bedroom setup. Looks clean and like it will hold up for a long time. No issues with data dropouts, noise, etc., so far. Easy to install. Plug and play as advertised!

Needed a quick easy midi interface to restore factory presets on an old Korg M1 keyboard. Sadly, my 30 year old midisport wouldn’t work with Windows 10. So, I bought this simple MIDI interface, plugged it into my laptop and worked perfectly!!! No drivers etc to deal with. GREAT little device!!! Thanks!

Works as advertised, no issues whatsoever. Connects well to my MacBook and Logic Pro. Would work for any midi connection.

Amazing product overall. The quality is very good and it didn’t feel cheap or flimsy at all. The only reason I’m rating it 4 stars is due to a technical issue with the midi transmission. I tried to connect it to a midi drum module for my electric drum kit and 2 of the “triggers” were registering on the module but not on this midi device. I could tell because there’s a green power light on the cable that flashes whenever a signal was sent, and it wasn’t flashing for certain signals. Unfortunately due to this I will be returning the product, but for most general midi applications it’s perfectly fine.

This item works. Bear in mind that this requires a computer to do the USB to MIDI translation. It really sucks that you can't get a simple device that can do that transformation without involving a computer. But this works just like the manufacturer said it would. I went in both directions with it: Computer powering MIDI device via USB. MIDI device powering DAW on computer via a MIDI out and USB in to the computer.

This worked where the cheapo ones didn't. I needed it to program my Morningstar MC6 Pro from my Windows 11 PC while also connected to my iPad via USB-C. High value and plug and play.

Had a few off-brand adapters then got a Roland UM-ONE and lived with the small latency it had. Got this CME U2MIDI Pro and there is no latency at all, at least within my perception. Very happy with this adapter.

Was able to load Korg M1 factory data with no issues after replacing CR2032 battery.

I used it to connect a KORG M1 to my MS Surface to restore the sounds preloaded at the factory. It worked well, the connectors was marked making it fool proof.

Plug and play right out of the box A solid cable at a good price! Wasn't expecting it to transmit other important signals such as key velocity / (touch response) but it handles everything like a champ. Small input delay but I believe this keyboard I'm using (PSR 290) has that delay anyway due to its age, nothing too noticeable and I don't have the means to measure or prove where it is coming from... Used with and compatible with cubase 8.5 pro on Windows 10 via usb

使い始めて一日で壊れました。 type-cの先端の細い部分が脆すぎて、少し変な方向に曲がっただけで接触が悪くなり、その後、信号が届かなくなり、使い物にならなくなりました。 midiインターフェイスとしては安くないのに本当に残念です。
