if you ignore the steep price, bread comes great out of it. delicious. We had half in one go. even for such inexperienced baker as myself. 1kg lasts for 2 breads. Next time I'll buy 5kg to bake 10 breads. best before date is kinda short. only 4 months. I'd recommend 5kg pack for economy.

Takes some adjustment to break making with Einkhorn flour, but worked out well.

I ordered this for use during Pasakh and Matsah observance. I have tried various flours over the years. This one made the best Matsah so far. Gluten is not agreeable to me. However, this flour had no impact on me. It's pricey so I shall allow myself more time next year, by Ab YaHUaH's favour, and shop around or buy in bulk. I recommend it.

Nice flour, free from additives and very healthy. Makes nice bread. Shame it is not sold more in shops. Would like to get a bigger bag, say 3Kg as I bake bread often and Ikg will not last long. The flour has a nice texture, works in well for bread making.

Delicious nutty-tasting bread that doesnt upset my guts like other bread does. Also love the fact that it doesn't involve loads of kneading like other bread. I was surprised at how well it turned out by just combining the ingredients with water. I will buy in bulk next time though as it is pretty expensive to buy just one.

The flour arrived in good form. This is my first time baking with einkorn wheat, but I was pleased with the handling and taste, as well as the ease of baking yeast bread with it. Would buy again.

The flour itself is good, but the paper bag containing the product was opened in the customs! The price is a bit high.

Rare whole grain product. Very difficult to find the milled grain, and here it is courtesy of Amazon. I could wish for bigger quantities such as 5lbs or since this is a product shipped from England 2 kilograms. Einkorn produces a different and delicious tasting bread. It does develop gluten, but of a kind that is different than the common type which makes the dough difficult to handle, but is far easier to digest. Excellent product. Immediate shipping. Arrived just 8 days after ordering. I will buy again and from this supplier.

The flour expires on 31/10/19 to start. The flour was in clumps. I still tried two recipes and neither one came out right. The tast was not bad but I was very disappointed with this flour. Maybe my expectations were too high.

Yikes. I could not believe that I received only 1 kg for the price. I cannot afford to do that again. The promo was vague in terms of volume, or I simply missed it. K☘
