These pillows are a game changer!!! The packaging was on point, the delivery overnighted and the product beyond 5 star. A genius idea to customize a sleeping pillow, Like who knew! (apparently not me until now) There is no odor to the product. I love the 3 sided zipper with 3 individual mini pillows inside. Think of a layer cake, you can have a single layer or a torte with many layers. In this case, I am going with the torte, I find the 3 layers inside to be the perfect helft and softness for my sleep needs. I do not like poofy pillows that kink my neck I also like pillows that are fluffy and don't flatten upon sleep. I took a nap to test the pillow and it is like a cloud. I would say if you are a side or back sleeper, these are great with the three layers. If you are a stomach sleeper one or two layers might be better suited. To note, each pillow inside is finished nicely. These are not cheaply created. I like the softness and the ability to decide how I will sleep. How ironic, for all of the poly filled pillows in the marketplace, this one item can eliminate 90% of them! Lastly, these are white, not off white or beige and laundering is said to be easy. I did not fluff mine in the dryer, I just opened the box, unzipped the pillows to see what was inside, fluffed each with my hands then reziipped them at their thickest presentation to see if I liked it. Even at the thickest, it is not a poofy pillow but a middle of the road softly padded pillow, unless you choose to remove one of the pillow layers. Truly genius product.

I'm glad I finally found a pillow that's just right -- an alternative to down that's actually comfy to sleep on. Great idea to be able to add or subtract inserts so the loft is perfect.

First let me say that yes, these pillows are very soft and comfortable, and the adjustable height feature works well. I just use the larger one, but when it inevitably starts getting squished down, I know I can always add one of the other inserts to renew it. One negative thing is that it's listed as "down". It's NOT down. You can feel that it is perfectly smooth fiberfill stuff. Down feels like feathers. Also, there is NO label on either the pillows themselves nor the packaging listing the materials or washing instructions, so I feel that is a little deceptive. It does not change the fact that they are comfortable, but you are not getting a down pillow.

Love this pillow! It is so supportive but soft enough to be comfortable. I am thankful that it came as a set of two pillows. Great pill and great value.

great design. Zippers work very well. Very comfy to lay your head on. it is a tad warmer than the feather pillow I am used to and I tend to get too warm as it is. Darn!

I wanted to like this pillow. It was so plush and comfortable, and it's convenient that you can adjust the height. The material of the outer shell felt soft, smooth, and pleasant on the face... except that it got crazy hot. Like, I don't think my face has ever heated up so much just from being pressed against a pillow for a few minutes. I could not possibly sleep like that, so unfortunately I had to send this back.

Great pillow. First time using an adjustable pillow. Got enough pillows for all 3 of our beds. Husband likes his with only 2 inserts, side sleeper. I like mine with all 3, back sleeper. Son likes his with all 3, he’s a restless sleeper.

Excellent product just as described and after a motor cycle crash damaging back and shoulder I’ve tried out loads of different pillows for a cloud mattress but are all to thick. and these seem to be the ideal thickness and comfort for cloud mattress.

These pillows yes you get 2 are nothing but great they need to improve on the stuffing it tends to clump if I order again I definitely would buy the king rather than a queen they are soft the very fact that you can move the inside around is amazing 3 in one reg medium large they have zippers so it is easy to move them I like more flat and get that with this pillow I can choose they are very well made and they stay cool so your head stays a little cooler as well I have not washed as yet but I would have to say they would do well in washer and dryer they are priced well and the value is there sleep well people and thanks to the manufacturer just saying 😴😊🇨🇦

These pillows are soft and very easy on my neck. Most nights are absolutely pain free. When I do feel pain in my neck, I just adjust my head position and the pain goes away. I had purchased more expensive foam memory pillows that offer cervical support, but those pillows strengthened the spasm when I was awaken by one. Additionally, these pillows can be easily adjusted to the most appropriate height for different sleepers. They are a great value because you get two pillows at a very affordable price.

This pillow is lovely, soft and comfortable. I would say it needs an extra layer because it is a little flat. So far so good thoug

My neck is very sensitive to pillows. Slightly too high or too low will cause major neck cramps in the morning. An adjustable pillow is something I've never seen before, what a great idea. My best pillow ever was the Arenpris from Ikea. Unfortunately they stopped selling them many years ago. I've been on the hunt for something similar for a long time. Never happy with anything else, I tried this adjustable pillow. Very happy with it so far. The medium insert was exactly like the Ikea pillow. However, after about a week, it flattened too much. I've since changed to the large insert and after a few days it settled to the perfect height. As for the softness, its very soft yet supportive.
