Post-it Index Medium Strong Filing Tabs, 36 Tabs, 25.4 mm x 38.1 mm, Orange, Pink and Green - Sticky Flags for Documents and Information

Love these so much I have them on subscribe and save so I never run out! They stick well, but there is no residue left on the page once removed. The size is good for organising tabs in ring binders and they’re thick enough to survive long term use. The different colours help to theme your work and can help written on by most pens. There probably are cheaper options, they are quite expensive but they work perfect and until I get a recommendation for a cheaper solution I’ll keep buying these.

Great overall and a very good price too. I would definitely buy these again. I would take care once removing these however as they can be a bit sticky and if used on any books rather than notes they can tear the pages slightly if removed too quickly. The same company has some 12mm alternatives which although less sturdy do not do this from my experience.

While Post-its are the 'best', they are also the most expensive. When I started using these index markers, there were only a few brands and Post-it dominated. Now there are many options, varying greatly mostly in price but also in size and thickness. The first two qualities can be compared easily from the Amazon webpages, but thickness is less obvious. A thicker index marker enables a page in a volume to be opened more quickly, just by lifting the marker, whereas the thinner ones may be much cheaper, so it depends on your needs. The thicker marker tends to be more durable in my own experience, possibly as it withstands its repeated lifting of the page. My supplies were running out and the ones I had left are loose so I cannot guarantee the brand (though probably post-it): so I bought three types and offer you my comparison. There's a photo attached of Colofalla (green) Mozeat Lens (violet) and Post-it (orange) side-by-side. I've marked the lower edge with a yellow line more easily to allow comparison of the height measurements. All three adhered well, allowing writing with ball-point (recommended) or roller-ball ink (smudges a bit unless left to dry for a while). All came with a variety of colours. In the samples I bought, Post-it had 3 light shades, good backgrounds for writing on. Mozeat Lens had 6 shades, all of which were ok for writing on. Colofalla came in 8 shades, though personally I would only find 4 ideal for writing on with quick identification. The dark green, for instance, was legible, but hardly an ideal background colour which is a bit unfortunate as they have the largest writing area. In terms of thickness, Post-its stood out as the best. Colofalla came next, but the lack of thickness compared to Post-it is compensated slightly by the large width. Mozeat Lens were the thinnest, but also the least expensive, so a good budget buy.

Easy to label pages for signature. Did not tear or damage paper when removed. Useful having variety of colours for different signatures.

These are great. I wanted to mark certain pages in a book for easy reference. They stick well and don’t leave a residue when removed after a few days. Not sure what would happen if removed after an extended period

Love these sticky tabs! I use them to keep my notes for the classes I am taking organized. These work perfectly. This was the first time I had bought these on Amazon, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Post-It makes a more colors than what I had previously found at the store. These colors are bright enough that I can see them clearly, and they create enough contrast that they don’t fade into the background. The part of the flag that is visible at a glance above the paper is one solid color line, which I also really like. The color is visible at the very top of the flag and then right underneath it there is a clear section where you can write a subject name or add more detail about your notes. This also makes it easy and fast to find what you are looking for and to keep everything organized. They are also sticky enough that they stay in place but not so sticky that if you accidentally put them in the wrong place, you end up tearing the paper when removing the flag. As long as you use an ink or ball point pen that dries immediately these don’t smear either. I am very happy that I decided to order these on Amazon, I got them very quickly! Everything about this transaction was very simple and convenient. Highly recommend getting these especially if you are a student or need to keep any notes or documents separated and organized.

Perfect.. These tabs are pretty small at one inch long, but they have ample writing space on them. They're a bit wider, which makes so nuch more sense. Once you label them, the ink/marker won't smudge or come off after a few seconds. The 4 colors are happy and bright but light colored, so it catches your attention, but you can still read what it says. This is a definite upgrade to what I had before. Not because of the quality, because I think my other ones were nice... but they were way too long at about 2 inches, and all the pads of colors were seperate and loose, so I lost a couple whole color tabs. The long length took up too much space in each notebook or book, and they came with only about 5 or 10 per color. Wimpy. So once I used 5 tabs of those, it lined up the whole top of the notebook, leaving no space for more. This product is by 3M, the reliable company that makes the most comfortable, tough, and effective noise-reducing earmuffs. This one single plastic dispenser case that keeps all the tabs together is ingenious. It's stiff enough to be protected, but is somewhat flexible so it can't snap. When you remove the top tab, nothing else pulls out with it. That's also a problem I've had with post-it type flags. The whole bunch of flags would come up with the top one every other time. Each tab is thick enough to be durable. It's still somewhat thin, but it's reinforced to prevent everyday wear and tear. You can feel how sturdy they are. The adhesive is strong enough to stay in place, but it's easily repositionable. I have another pack of large, lined sticky notes with tabs, and they're so strong that they literally pull the page up with it when you lift it. That one's no good. I love the whole look and presentation of this product because not only does it LOOK attractive, it's even more effective in its purpose. It's obvious that the designers and creators took all the problems I mentioned into account to make the best possible product for an extremely low price. I'm very happy with these and look forward to using them to replace all the other mediocre ones I have now. I would definitely purchase this again, and absolutely recommend it to anyone in school, in the office, and those who need to reference certain pages in their books. This is a great tool for the curious and organized. I have a notebook that records all of my DIY recipes, but they aren't organized exactly by type (lip balm, lotion, soap, etc.). So having these colorful tabs allows me to easily locate different recipes within the notebook. Also, I have books that aren't particularly meant to be read from front to back, and it's useful for me to keep track of where different subjects lay within the pages. So yeah. Good stuff. And it cost $3 and some change. You can't beat that.

These are great. They are a bit less rigid compared to the Avery ones, but that's a good thing - The Post-It ones won't get pulled off by accident as easily. The little case they come in is excellent as it fits in zippered pouches found in some pencil cases. Even without a pouch, you can stick it somewhere without worrying too much about tabs getting pulled out or bent (only 1 of each color. at a time, might be bent or pulled out). These are great for use in textbooks when you want tabs that you will be constantly moving.. Or 'anchor' tabs for important parts. You can write on them with an extre fine Sharpie, but the paper-based sticky notes serve that purpose far better.
