Ultrasonic PIR Sensor PEST REPELLER DETERRENT

I bought this to repel rabbits which have been eating their way through the flowers and plants in the garden. The first thing that surprised me was the size, which wasn't mentioned in the description, it is much bigger than the pictures indicate. The instructions were clear and after placing the two 9v batteries into the compartment, setting it to small animal and sensor mode I replaced the 4 screws, and put together the ground stake. After 5 mins I was ready to repel, I placed it on the lawn facing the hedge where the rabbits come through and this is where the trouble started. The rabbits seem quite unfazed by the Ultrasonic waves blasted by the 'four speakers' and hop around it as though it was piping out muzak to eat gardens by. So sadly it looks like I wasted my money and will be burying chicken wire after all.

bought this as most reviews were good, however need to have it a bit longer to see results, so far not impressed, but will give it time

Must be the worst product ever never scared any animal stopped working after 7 days. I tried every setting available absolute rubbish.

i had purchased this item before, it is excellent, does the job.

Is this suitable to use outside a chicken pen to repel foxes? Is it safe to use around other animals, dogs, cats, rabbits and chickens? Only want to repel foxes in a rural area
