My four year old suddenly developed a fear of the dark recently and would cry at bedtime and end up in my bed every night. Then Santa brought him six Glo Friends and voila! No more bedtime issues. These sweet little friends are the perfect size to sit at the edges of the bed and glow long enough for him to fall asleep. The accessories are adorable and sturdy. I’m buying the whole set now for my eventual grandchildren! I have never seen a cuter toy. We had no problems getting any of them to light up so I assume that issue has been fixed.

Difficult squeeze to get the light on. Overpriced. Expected a better quality product from Playskool. Will be returning it.

My kids (4&8) couldn't push this lil bug hard enough to turn it on...sometimes I could but I literally just started to step on it with my heel to make it glow then it turned off quickly. It was SUCH a cute toy I wish it was easier to use (maybe it was just ours?)

We were so excited for my little one to open this for Christmas. And she absolutely LOVES it. However it’s so hard that she can’t change the light settings. She has to bring it to us to get it to change. Super disappointed by that. However she does love it and I love that after she leaves it on it does go off by itself. And she loves putting it on its home.

I didn’t see anywhere on the package that it discloses it uses a button cell battery. Unless I just missed it. But that’s kind of my point, they don’t advertise it in big print on the front like a lot of toys do nowadays. I would have not bought this toy had I known.
