PULLUP & DIP Pull-up bar for door frames for hanging without screws and no slipping, professional door bar, pull-up bar with padded handles

Arrived today and I was able to assemble it fairly easily by myself in less than 30 minutes using the exploded diagram in the booklet. The included tools are not ideal but they our adequate to get the job done. Quality is excellent, everything fits perfectly, seems very sturdy. Now to make my upper body sturdy... Some have complained about not being able to put the nuts on. They are very tight but that's because you don't want them coming off. If you can't get them on you're probably putting them on backwards, turn them around and do it the other way.

I was looking at a few options for a decent home pull-up bar, and I'm very very happy I went with this choice. The other ones I was looking at looked pretty sketchy, but this one holds up very well, hasn't damaged my door frame at all, and holds my weight fine.

Excellent pull up bar, very good quality, adjustable height so your feet don't touch the floor, elastic band feature so you can do assisted pull ups if needed.

love it. well designed, multiple exercise contact points. grips are well made too (not the soft flakey foam on other sets). Only small issue is the soldered ring provided for the elastic band, which is directly where my head/face would be, so I have to be careful. bottom line: I couldn't do any pull ups before. after just a week working out, I'm doing 3.

Pros: adjustable to fit a wide variety of door frame heights and widths, very solidly built and stable, has a QR code link to an amateurish assembly video Cons: the order and placement of the hardware - bolts/washers/spacers/nuts - is slightly different in the video than in the exploded diagram in the printed instructions, so that makes me a bit nervous. The video is somewhat helpful, but there's no narration, and the camera is too far away from the guy doing the assembly, so it's hard to see the exact placement of the hardware. Also, the video shows the guy looking at a much more comprehensive manual than the one included in my package. The adjustment for door height requires that you manually disassemble the hardware, which is a real pain when you're trying to see what position fits the best, i.e., it would be a lot easier if that adjustment could be changed without disassembly and reassembly of that section of the bar. (But that's only a one-time thing, unless you're moving the item around in your home). Some of the diagrams in the manual are so small that I needed to take a picture of them with my phone and blow them up.

Was a gift, and it works great. Son said it was easy to assemble. Easy to place on door framing, and easy to remove from framing. Seems to be sturdy. Consider it to be a good value.

Easy to assemble and works exactly as you'd expect. I'm pretty hefty (220 lbs), and haven't seen any bending or anything scary. I specifically got this pullup bar because I live in an older home where all the door frames have extra wide molding (6"). This will fit that molding width / height.

Attention, comme la majorité des gens, mon mur n'est pas assez épais pour accueillir le dispositif sans faire une légère adaptation. J'ai donc réalisé la même modification que Timothé (merci pour le tips au passage). Une fois installée elle ne bouge pas d'un mm et est très stable (malgré mes 90kg). Le perçage du mur pour installer le tasseau en bois pourra rebuter certaines personnes mais je pense que si vous rechercher quelque chose de solide, stable et un minimum amovible c'est l'unique solution sur le marché. Livraison conforme aux prévisions, aucune visserie manquante ou dégradé. En un mot satisfait.

Doesn't really stay in place like they say. I needed to attach extra supports to my doorframe.

Sehr gute Qualität, spürt man sofort beim Zusammenbau. Da wackelt nichts, einfach stabil. Einfach zu montieren. Passte auf Anhieb an den Türrahmen, eingehängt und los gings. Auch die DIP-Stange einwandfrei. Gerne wieder.
