Is this product effective without the $25/month subscription? Where can I find a description of all of the exercises without subscription?

Thanks for the question! Although a subscription to GolfForever is not required, it is highly recommended to get the greatest benefit out of the Swing Trainer. It is the most effective way to make significant gains in your mobility, balance, and speed as it personalizes workouts for you to stream daily. We offer both monthly and annual plans that are $24.99 and $199 respectively, and that is after a 30-day free trial. You do have to sign up for the subscription service to get the free 30 days and you can make your decision to continue during the trial or cancel and pay nothing.

How is this anchored to a fixed point. I can’t find any information as to how this is anchored.

Either use the door anchor that comes with it, or, since the tubing comes with a clip on each end, you can wrap the tubing around a heavy vertical support structure (like a column or beam, if you have one), and clip it back to itself. The tension you create with the swing trainer will easily hold it in place.

This makes you buy a $200 per year subscription on top of the $200 item?

Only if you download their app on how to use the gear. You have the option to cancel your subscription within 30 days. Just note that there is no direction included for how to use the devices without the app.
