For the money, I don't think there's a better controller. Comfortable, responsive, nice D pad that feels on par with a Hori fight pad with a bit more "roll" than a genuine controller which I actually prefer. Triggers and shoulder buttons work and feel as expected. Face buttons are a bit more raised than a 360 pad and the quality of the plastics is not on par with a real 360 controller, but actual build quality is sturdy with a good weight. Plug and play right out the gate with Steam. Haven't needed to find a manufacturer driver as it seems to function correctly as a generic controller. Analog sticks are accurate and feel good. Maybe not as "damped" as a 360 but I don't mind that. Rumble is fine, though don't expect haptic levels of progressive feedback. It buzzes away in all the right places. PS3 functionality is good and a nice option if you prefer the Xbox layout or your OG PS3 controllers are worn out (like mine). As someone else mentioned, the blue light is bright and could be annoying. A bit of tape sorts that out. For the price, this pad punches well above it's weight and I'm really happy I bought it.

A more than good enough controller for PC games that need a controller. Not as nice as a XBOX controller, but it does the job for a cheap item!

This controller is the best one i have ever used (for the price) Work's perfect on PC simply plug in and your good to go, also for anyone wondering how the D-Pad is (I know alot of cheap pad's have horrible D-Pad's) i can say it is really really good , Work's great for fighting game's and the like's. It appears a bit more responsive than the one I used before (although I find that hard to quantify or be sure about), but it feels much better to hold and play. It's heavier, but just the right amount to feel solid and durable. Very satisfied so far.

I'm leaving a review because people have a variety of experiences when ordering third-party controllers. For me, this controller worked right out of the box with my PC, is comfortable, and considerably cheaper than an official Xbox controller without sacrificing too much. This controller might feel slightly less "premium" than an official controller, but by no means feels cheaply made or too light - just different. To sum it up, I would rather buy a new one of these over a second hand official controller (similar price level) any day of the week. I bought the wired variant, and so can't speak for the quality of the wireless controllers.

..but maybe not so good for CounterStrike or similar. And phones socket would have been great. But the vibration feedback is good

It worked really well for a few weeks, then fully gave up and has now developed a bug that made every game unplayable. It keeps on pressing buttons by it self and blocking any input from going through. This has to be a software error since there has been no damage to the controller it self. I would have recommended it if it didn't do this, but alas, it does. EDIT: Got a replacement, played with it for a few weeks and everything is dandy, hopefully this one sticks. great customer service also by the team and thanks for sending me one that works again!

This is a good Controller, but build quality is poor. I am a casual gamer and after only a few weeks the spring on the left hand trigger has broken. Used it for driving games.. perhaps I was too heavy on the brake???

This is a short term review. The controller seems quite well made with a 2m cable. The driver was easy to download from the EasySMX site and easy to install (offline). Setup was straightforward running Windows 10 v.1909. I use an offline PC for most things for security, privacy and freedom from disturbance by unwanted popups and those awful, disruptive Windows feature updates. The manual is minimal, but written in good English. I can't say how long it will last or compare it with other controllers because I've never used one before.

***Premessa*** Iniziamo con il dire che non ho avuto questo prodotto gratuitamente (purtroppo, magari mi chiedessero di recensire qualcosa!) come alcuni e l'ho acquistato a un prezzo di 14,99 euro. E' arrivato dopo circa cinque giorni con corriere DHL (un giorno prima di quanto preventivato inizialmente). Le mie necessità erano quelle di trovare un buon compromesso tra prezzo e qualità. Avevo un joypad di un'altra marca acquistato in negozio allo stesso prezzo, che dava grossi problemi in quanto non era riconosciuto dal pc se non previa configurazione con Xpadder. E anche in quel caso utilizzarlo risultava molto macchinoso e spesso scomodo, in quanto era abbastanza pesante. Visto che non sono più riscita a trovare questo pad maledetto, ho pensato di prendere il joypad della xbox 360 per pc e tagliare così la testa al toro evitando problemi di compatibilità; speravo che essendo uscita la One il prezzo di quello della 360 fosse calato un bel po', abbastanza da non spolmonarmi viva. Ora, il prezzo è calato. Senza dubbio, ma per me 35 euro (miglior prezzo con Prime) sono ancora troppi da spendere in un joypad (al rilascio di questa recensione il prezzo è di circa 27,89). Così mi sono trovata a dover scegliere tra due modelli molto simili: lo ESM-9100 della EasySMX e il GameSir G3w. Inizialmente ero più propensa sul secondo per due motivi: la quantità di recensioni disponibili a riguardo e il design più simile ai pad della PlayStation, che usualmente preferisco. Tuttavia, alla fine ho optato per questo della EasySMX, sperando che non mi desse problemi di connettività di alcun genere al pc (mentre avevo letto che con il G3w alcuni utenti ne avevano riscontrati). Nella descrizione lo comparerò principalmente al controller della 360, visto che il design è lo stesso e un amico è stato così gentile da farmi provare il suo per farmi un'idea prima che iniziassi a vedere i prezzi per acquistarlo. ***Analisi dettagliata (anche troppo) del prodotto*** Il joypad arriva in una scatola di cartone molto anonima, ma fondamentalmente funzionale (ho deciso di tenercelo dentro per conservarlo, in effetti, in modo da sforzare di meno il filo con eventuali arrotolamenti indesiderati). Nella scatola ci sono semplicemente il manuale di istruzioni e il pad. Sul manuale di istruzioni faccio una piccola parentesi: la traduzione italiana non è delle migliori. Non è totalmente incomprensibile, ma nemmeno accurata. Sembra tradotto con il Google Traduttore, il che non è proprio qualcosa di gradevole. In compenso suggerisce di scaricare i driver per il controller, anche se del modello ESM-0913, per ridurre problemi di compatibilità e riconoscimento; operazione che ho fatto immediatamente, così da eliminare ogni preoccupazione. Ecco il link per il download dal sito ufficiale della EasySMX (a cui mi ha rimandato il manuale di istruzioni): http://www.easysmx.com/downloads.asp Una volta scaricato l'archivio con i driver "Gaming Controller ESM 9013 Driver", che è in formato RAR, deve essere scompattato e al suo interno c'è l'eseguibile da utilizzare per l'installazione. Il nome del file riporta anche dei caratteri in cinese, tuttavia, quindi una volta rimossi (dopo aver rinominato il file) si può passare all'installazione che dovrebbe richiedere ben poco. Appena ho collegato il controller al pc la prima soddisfazione: lo riconosce esattamente come se fosse un pad della 360. Verifico rapidamente la sensibilità dei tasti e della vibrazione ed è tutto perfetto, quindi lo provo in-game. Funziona a meraviglia. Ci ho messo un po' ad abituarmi al design, proveniendo da vari joypad con il layout della PlayStation, ma una volta passato il disagio iniziale della levetta in alto piuttosto che in basso non ci si fa quasi più caso. Il controller è molto leggero, pesa 275g (conforme alla descrizione del venditore) e tenendolo tra le mani si può apprezzare fin da subito la sua ergonomia. I materiali di cui è composto sono sorprendentemente buoni, non palesemente economici come quelli di molti altri pad nella stessa fascia di prezzo; per questa fascia, inoltre, è raro trovare un pad che abbia anche la vibrazione dual-shock. Personalmente, lo trovo molto comodo. Parto con il dire che esteticamente mi sembrava più gradevole la versione nera del controller, per cui ho preso questa. Ho notato che essa arriva con due "gommini" posti sugli analogici che facilitano il grip durante le sessioni di gioco; ora, non so se anche la versione grigia ha questo rivestimento. Dalle video-recensioni che ho trovato online pare di no. Quindi direi che questa è un'altra cosa che mi è piaciuta molto, assieme alle sezioni ruvide ai lati del pad che facilitano il grip. I tasti richiamano in forma e colori quelli del controller Xbox 360, anche se danno sensazioni diverse. O meglio, i tasti ABXY danno le stesse sensazioni del pad 360 originale (anche se sono più "cliccosi", ossia si sente di più il rumore quando si cliccano), mentre un discorso a parte va fatto per i grilletti, i tasti LB e RB e le levette analogiche. Queste ultime mi hanno piacevolmente sorpresa, in quanto a mio modesto parere sono molto comode da usare del joypad classico: hanno una buona presa, ottima movibilità e un suono molto gradevole. Per quanto riguarda i grilletti e tasti LB e RB, invece, si sente una certa differenza con il pad 360. Non enorme, sia chiaro. Però si sente che qualcosa non va, rispetto all'originale. Credo che anche in questo caso possa essere il suono, combinato con una resistenza alla pressione differente; mentre con i tasti ABXY non mi hanno particolarmente infastidita, anzi mi piace sentire un suono più pronunciato (stesso discorso per i due analogici), i due LB e RB danno l'impressione non aver usato la giusta pressione con il tasto stesso. I grilletti sono dotati di molle, quindi è possibile anche dosare la pressione di utilizzo, ma quando premuti emettono un suono leggermente metallico - ovviamente, derivato dalle suddette molle menzionate in precedenza. Questo non l'ho riscontrato sul controller originale 360, che almeno su questo dettaglio sembra "battere" il concorrente non Microsoft. Badate bene e questa è una piccola parentesi, che questo dettaglio non mi scoraggerebbe dall'acquistare un secondo controller identico (se per qualche ragione me ne servisse un altro, magari per giocare a qualcosa in coppia); il feedback generale per questo pad è più che positivo in effetti, tanto che penso comprerò anche altri oggetti della EasySMX in futuro. Non lo trovo un difetto madornale e penso che non dovrebbe scoraggiare un potenziale acquirente, magari sono solo io che sono troppo pignola, però ci tenevo a menzionare che ho notato una certa differenza. Un discorso simile voglio farlo per i tasti start e select, che non mi fanno particolarmente impazzire; sono più "leggeri" dei tasti classici e in questo caso il rumore quando si esercita pressione non si sente proprio, così come non c'è una vera e propria resistenza. Basta sfiorarli e vanno, lisci come l'olio. Non vado pazza nemmeno per i tasti select e start del joypad 360, a dirla proprio tutta, preferivo quelli del pad Ps2/Ps3. Detto questo ci tengo a precisare che non mi hanno dato problemi fin ora e fanno il loro lavoro alla perfezione, nonostante al tatto sembrano più "economici" degli altri tasti. Il tasto turbo, invece, come quelli ABXY dà una sensazione gradevole. Anche in questo caso il rumore del click è stato attutito, ma sinceramente non è dettaglio che considero così rilevante. In realtà quest'ultimo non l'ho ancora mai usato in-game, non ne vedo proprio l'utilità pratica; però, questo dipende da mio modo di giocare e dai titoli che ho provato fin ora. E' un di più gradevole, in quanto se volessi utilizzarlo potrei programmarlo assegnandolo all'interno della schermata del controller di gioco. L'unica cosa che considero un vero e proprio difetto è il led centrale, attorno al logo della EasySMX. Si illumina d'azzurro (e non di immenso, purtroppo) ed è un colore abbastanza acceso, che purtroppo mi infastidice leggermente quando lo becco ai margini del campo visivo. Sarebbe stato davvero stupendo se ci fosse stato un tasto per spegnerlo, in modo da ovviare al problema. Che altro dire? Non ho ancora trovato giochi che supportano il controller che non me lo riconoscano, onestamente, quindi non ho alcun appunto negativo da fare. Funziona con la modalità Big Picture di Steam e rispetta alla perfezione le specifiche. L'ho provato su una SmartTV Android della Sony (viene riconosciuto come un pad Ps3), con la Play Station 3 (sempre grazie all'amico che ha il pad 360, visto che non mi sono aggiornata con le console) [attenzione non con la 2 e nemmeno con i giochi della 2 sulla Ps3 e nemmeno con la Xbox360!] e con dispositivi come (tablet e cellulari) con Android 6.0. Per utilizzarlo con dispositivi mobili suggerisco di acquistare, oltre a un adattatore Ubs/Micro-Usb anche dei ganci per fissare il telefono al controller per rendere l'esperienza più comoda possibile. Attualemente l'ho testato con The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt, Gwent: The Witcher Card Game, Mass Effect (1, 2, 3), DiRT 3 Complete Edition, Bully: Scholarship Edition - su Android, il resto tutto su PC - e non ho avuto problemi di nessun genere. Ho alcuni dubbi sulla qualità del cavo che non è rinforzato e secondo me avrebbe dovuto esserlo, ma non si è né rotto né danneggiato in alcun modo. Se uno ci presta attenzione e non lo avvolge troppo, per evitare di stressarlo, non dovrebbe dare problemi. ***Conclusioni*** Consiglio di acquistarlo a chiunque abbia bisogno di un joypad economico, ma con qualità dei materiali ottima, per il PC/PS3/dispositivi Android. Se non volete spendere molto e volete ottenere un joypad davvero simile a quello della 360, allora è quello che fa per voi. Se vi occorre per la Xbox360, invece, questo prodotto NON fa per voi! In questo secondo caso, consiglio un PDP Afterglow o (visto i prezzi ballerini) proprio il controller originale della 360. Pro: - Qualità dei materiali; - Connettività con vari dispositivi; - Immediato riconoscimento come pad 360 con il pc; - Buon ritorno da tasti, leve analogiche e D-Pad; - Vibrazione; - Sezioni ruvide ai lati che facilitano la presa; - Peso; - Filo discretamente lungo; - Prezzo (14.99 euro). Contro: - Qualità del cavo; - LED blu sempre acceso; - Manuale di istruzioni da tradurre con più cura; - Rumore un po' strano dei tasti di (LB e RB) e suoni leggermente metallici quando si premono i grilletti. Piccola nota sulla consegna I tempi di consegna non sono stati brevi per i miei gusti, ma il corriere DHL è stato molto professionale - informandomi anche via SMS del ricevimento del pacco presso la loro filiale, della partenza dello stesso e della possibilità di anticiparne di un giorno la consegna.

Initially I liked this controller very much. I like the responsiveness of the buttons and triggers. For my (fairly small hands) the shape and grip are perfect. The controller feels very sturdy. I like the ruberry edges, as I tend to get sweaty palms when games get exciting. However, after only 4 months of sporadic use (no more than 12 hours in total), the right stick started to drift. This resulted in constant camera spinning, which made games like 'It takes two' totally unplayable. So, unfortunately, I have decided to return the controller. I'm still unsure whether to re-buy. On the one hand, I very much prefer the shape, grip and soupleness of the triggers to the standard Logitech f310, but I'm fearful of receiving a faulty product again. All in all, I would recommend this controller for the casual gamer, assuming that mine was just a case of bad luck.

Ask any gamer who's been playing for a few years all they will all tell you the same thing, "Controllers are ripoffs" and we're not talking about the special limited edition ones. From the $80 for a new pair of Joy Con for the Switch, $60 for a PS4, or the absurd $300+ for Xbox Elites, controllers are over priced and either don't offer enough to justify their price or offer TOO MUCH that you don't need/never use to inflate the price. The EasySMX, though a bit dated now, is none of that. I've owned several for a few years now and they are comfortable enough for long term gaming hours while sturdy and weighted enough to not have to worry about breaking by accident. Trust me, I had to toss my first one like 4 or 5 times against a wall to even get one of the buttons to start sticking and it still worked for the most part. The design is good, following an Xbox style, but not always the best. The central LED light is very bright and a bit blinding. I would recommend putting a piece of tape or a sticker on it to cover that up and not hurt your eyes. Trust me, you can still press the button even with a sticker on it. Another thing that is kind of hard to explain, but the XYAB buttons are a bit too... rounded? I've only noticed this problem when I'm playing a racing game which requires me to hold one button continuously for a long period of time, but the shape can be a bit painful after a long while. I feel like it should be a bit more concave, but again these are very minor complaints I can overlook thanks to the inclusion of the Turbo function. The Turbo function is an amazing gift that not enough controllers in this modern day include which is one of the main reasons why I like the EasySMX as it is always included in regardless of it's design model from what i've seen. Now, as an older gamer I have early signs of arthritis in my right hand, particularly around the thumb area. So having a game that requires me to button mash a single button over and over again, looking at you Devil May Cry or other combo action games, is actually painful for me. Being able to turn these multiple mashes into a single press to ease the stress on my hand when I feel it is becoming too painful is amazing. There is no doubt in my mind that I'm able to continue playing certain games ssimply because this controller offers this simple overlooked feature. Overall the EasySMX is a great controller most average gamer needs. Simple and functional with a price that won't break your wallet in these trying times. From a long time user of this controller, trust me. I went from owning one and now I have three. I have not used another controller that has felt as good and easy to use as this one. Even replaced my Steam Controller with one.

Por fin el mando para transformar mi pc en una consola. Por primera vez en las manos me resulta un poco familiar a la forma ergonómica de coger el mando nuevo de la PS4, así que por este lado es bastante cómodo. Tiene prácticamente los mismos botones que este último mencionado pero con los nombres cambiados por ``A, X, Y y B’’, obviamente, aunque el L1, L2, R1 y R2. He probado los botones y son resistentes pero también sensibles, esto es un punto muy positivo para este tipo de objetos y tiene vibración! Al conectarlo al terminal en el que lo vamos a usar, se encienden unas luces led de colores que lo hacen aún más atractivo y además no hace falta instalar programas externos en nuestro PC, al conectarlo el Steam por ejemplo, se abre en un modo especial para GamePad y ya tendremos total libertad usando únicamente el mando. Yo lo uso para PC aun que como todos sabemos son mejores los controles de Teclado/Ratón para la mayoría de los juegos, pero hay algunos tipos de juegos que se echa de menos el tener un mando entre tus manos y este me ha encantado, y además es un buen sustituto o para aumentar tu flota de mandos de PS3. En mi opinión por el bajo coste que tiene, la calidad de componentes, bonito diseño y versatilidad a la hora de uso de lo cual puedo recomendar este mando.
