Vitamin D helps control the amount of calcium and phosphate in the human body. These nutrients are needed to keep bones, teeth and muscles in peak health. As the NHS guidelines stress ‘A lack of vitamin D can lead to bone deformities such as rickets, and bone pain caused by a condition called osteomalacia in adults.’ This is a product source is a good supply of vitamin D in an easy to swallow form. Not sure about quality control as these supplements are regulated like food and not a medicine, and please ensure you look at the label.

Well we all know vitD3 is good for us as we dont get enough sun exposure in the uk. As an office worker I hardly see the sun even in summer, so these supplements are a must for me. I find that this particular brand seems to work faster in reducing my fatigue. You get a 100 tablets for the price so very good value to boot! There appears to be no side effects to these, and they seemingly to do their job. They're easy to swallow and have no unpleasant flavour or smell. Take them if you need vitamin D3.

In our unreliable climate lots of us need a bit of topping up of Vitamin D and particularly so if you aren't the sunbathing type or have to avoid the sun for medical reasons. These are very small tablets, so easy to swallow, with no particular taste. Recommended to take them with a meal. I think these will prove to be as good as any other Vitamin D3 supplement so they will do fine.
