Great for kids!
Legit set for a kid to get cracking on. The sounds are fun, and pretty good. Honestly they should have a few more goofy sounds in there, but they are all kind of straightforward drum sets. 15 different drum sets actually. The throne is pretty darn good quality. The sticks feel like regular 5As, very light and normal size which might be awkward for small kids. Being very critical of drum sets, I can say there are a few things that annoy me. One of them is that there's not really a safe place to mount the module, and even if there was, the snake that goes into the module has pre-lengthened cables so you kind of have to put it somewhere on the front support beam which seems a little dangerous to me because a little kid might give it a good smack. Another thing that annoyed me is that the toms won't play at the same time as the snare, and I believe it also will not play the Tom's at the same time that it plays the symbols or the kick drum. But again, super kit for little kids. The pedals, the frame, everything is of a nice decent quality and you can build it kind of as big or a small as you want to. But the throne only goes down to like probably about 15 or 16 in. Overall I would recommend for a kid especially one that doesn't know how to play the drums yet. Other than that, the module does some different things. It has a metronome and I believe it has some songs or something you can play, and there is some customization available for the kids. So I would recommend and I'm happy with my purchase.

Brilliant gift idea
We just got these for our 11year old AuDHD son to try to encourage a hobby other than gaming. He enjoys them quite a bit especially with the stock basic he can play along to. It was pretty easy to put together I was able to do it in the span of a baby’s nap time. It’s also a great way for a kid to release their anger. Hahaa. Over all I do recommend them thus far. Good fun entertainment

Great quality. Size was great for a 9 yr old. Instructions to assemble were great to follow. Play very well and I dont have to hear it at all.

Great Drum-set Alternative
Purchased this for my son as an alternative to a live drum set. While it’s not a replacement for the real thing, it’s a great alternative for beginners. It’s easy to assemble and adjust to the drummer’s size and specifications. We’ve had it for 5 months with no problems and seems to be a great value for the money. It’s compact and doesn’t take up too much space.

Great drum set. Wish tool was bigger
My kid loved this for Christmas. The only thing I wish was that the included tool would be a little larger. Was hard to tighten down everything for them to not move while he was playing it.

Great for beginners!
All our son wanted for his 4th birthday was a drum set. Welp, a regular set was definitely out, then we found this at a friend’s house and he loved it! Easy decision to buy! Volume control is clutch + headphones. The only thing I would advise for real little kids is no monitor the bass pedal. We took it away because he keeps cranking the headphone and the pedal comes through too loud on max volume. The kit is a great size for him, sturdy, and the right quality for the cost. Highly advise if your kid is interested in drums!

Great starter set with small flaws
Great starter set for my 5 year old. So far it's held up to his punishment. Parts get loose as you play sometimes so it's good to keep the tool they provide handy and also make sure to lock the pieces in using their lock technology (it helps but not all the time). I've even had fun playing this too, it's been a good bonding activity. I've also watched my son get better on this with his drumming skills. If I could give it a 4.4 I would but I rounded up because it's an overall good value for what it is. Cons: -pieces get loose sometimes as you play -can't play 2 drums at one time, but if you're a quarter second off on one drum you can almost achieve this -stool is a little cheap Pros: -comes with headphones, auxiliary and songs -you can record drum patterns -Great to see if your child will be serious about playing drums or to teach them drum basics -Great for just having fun On a scale of 1-10. 10 being professional level and 1 being a cheap toy. This is a 6.9 for me. Way better than a toy set but not pro level
