New ,looked as advertised. Work exceptionally well. I like the fact it comes with the replacement flints . I look forward to being able to use these strikers for a long time to come.

I had never heard of these before until my attendant told me about using them when he was an alter boy. I was able to get sparks while sitting right in front of a fan blowing on high. Now the candle kept blowing out but since I didn't buy the candles thinking they would stay lit in high wind that's okay. Side note, if you know of candles that will burn in high wind please let me know. I can't think of anything I don't like about them, I can't say how long the counts last because I haven't used them that much. I do know I am buying another set so obviously I really like these.

These apoear to be nicely made and cleanly finished, but the roller that the flint rides against to generate the sparks doesn't seem to be "hardened" and the little teeth on them wear away easily.

If you are buying these you have a use and for the money these work fine for me and I feel are good value for what I got. The number of extra flints were more of what I needed and the two handles were the bonus …
