I love the sweat suit. I don't run as often as I used to and don't feel like I sweat enough on a regular basis so this was the perfect substitute. I can ride my exercise bike, jog, do house work etc., and sweat. I like that I can raise my body temperature enough to sweat and release some of the toxins in my body. I turn it inside out and just rinse it off when I'm finished and let it air dry.

I LOVE this suit! Originally I thought it was only the jacket but it came with the pants as well. The jacket is so nice it looks good on and it’s stylish but not only that but it has pockets to keep your keys or phone if you’re going out for a walk which is usually what I do. I used to have to take a separate baggy for my items but this jacket covers that for me. The size fits just right. The compression on the wrist helps keep the sweat it as well. I find it easy to clean too. As soon as I take it off I put it inside out to give it a quick wipe down and clean with a small towels then hang it to finish drying up and use it again the next day. Really love this product 100% recommend!

I have to say I was close to returning it because it was a bit small on me. I have to say it does run very small in my opinion. Other then that its an amazing product. I used it for the first time today and wow!!! I was dripping in sweat all over. I love it and the size just gives me motivation on getting it to fit looser. There is always a positive to the down side.

Runs small. Order next size up. Very well made. Doesn’t look like a sauna suit looks like a jogging suit. Washes and dries great.

Great quality. I’m normally a xl but sized up 2 sizes to ensure room to wear clothes under and still be able to comfortably move around. Perfect for maximum sweat during workout

I live in WI! This jacket have help me to go through this winter lol I might sweat during summer but NOT during winter since it was perfect for another layer to walk my dogs.
