I’m don’t have much experience about nori sheets but it seems to be decent quality. + good smell typical for seaweed + texture seems ok I was able to roll a sushi without a problem + product arrived in good shape, all nori sheets are unbroken, inside there is a drying packet to keep humidity away +/- taste ok but I feel like I ate better ones in my life

Tough Nori sheets!
I bought these for as a bulk buy for my sushi cooking class. They worked quite well and didn't tear as easily as other sheets I've used for beginners. For finer sushi, I might use something less chewy and thinner. Nonetheless, these were a good size, quite flexible and easy to work with. Easily made 8-10 pieces per roll/sheet.
